One thing I like about bodyweight exercises is the bigger you are the more effective and difficult it is to do. Every time I get heavier its like I never made any progress but I did thats why I got heavier.

When I watch this guy's videos it is like deja vu. I know he assimilated the behind the back clap done by Cisco, which I've only seen done by Cisco. Now, in this vid, the explosive double pull up, which was first seen on that particular bar by Beast. And this is only the stuff I'm aware of.
