Nah, Sans Doesnt Gives You Enough EXP To Become LV 20, Its Just A Game Mechanic. Becasue Even You Kill Sans In LV 1, It Still Turns LV 20. Toby Hadnt Done Some Things And He Said Itself Lmao. Like Also He Was Planned When Chara Slashes And Closes Game, The Game Deletes Itself Lmao. But Yeah He Didnt Do That Becasue He Said It Was Too Hard Same With Why Beating Sans Makes Ya 20, Becasue Sans Literally Last Boss. So Toby Just Made Whenever Ya Beat Sans, Ya Get LV 20. (I Think He Didnt Know About Debug Mode At Those Times)

@@antunderexist692 It doesn't really matter if it's a game mechanic or not, the fact itself that Sans makes your lvl reach 20 - is a feat of its own, because the requirement for lvl up between papyrus's and sans's battle is too high. As we know, undertale acts as a world of its own, in genocide we didn't kill every monster, could't go to all places in each route (like the very far forest that you can see on the bridge that leads to snowdin) and couldn't see the surface. While fighting with mettaton, ratings were above 1 hundred (I'll even say above 10k), though in genocide we killed like 110? Meaning that Alphys really did evacuate every monster that she could.

@@antunderexist692 I think it doesn't matter if lvl 20 is max or not, because at that lvl the phantom, or self proclaimed "demon" appears and helps us to destroy the whole world/timeline/universe. Though they can also help us return it (toby for an idea stated, that we can refrain to Chara as we want, be it boy or a girl, I can't really decide)
