I don't think it's a secret that everyone in the group pretty much baby's Shuhua. Yuqi and Minnie surround her when it comes to language, especially Yuqi who shares a Chinese bond. Often when she's trying to talk in interviews you'll see Soyeon and Yuqi silently encouraging her. Soyeon, in general, always seems to compliment Shuhua a lot during interviews, I-TALK, and BTS stuff, trying to get her comfortable. In regards to the others, Miyeon and Soojin take care of Shuhua in a motherly/sisterly way. Even though they play it up for the camera with the Tom and Jerry, you can tell Shuhua loves Miyeon's affection as often they'll do V-Live together. They enjoy teasing each other and generally like having fun. Soojin's care is obvious, in that she mothers her rooming with her (even though they don't share rooms anymore), cleaning up after her, and cooks. There is no one in this group that dislikes each other, especially Shuhua. She's pretty much the heart behind the scenes.

Those People who say bad things about Soyeon clearly don't know anything about Gidle because if they did they would know how much space Soyeon gives to her members to be comfortable and express themselves she probably work more than anyone else just so that everyone gets to shine in the group each on their own. Shuhua is known for her honesty and straight forward character and she time after time talked about how much Soyeon helped her and still help and cheer her up when she is having a hard times. Soyeon is very kind and not only Shuhua but even the other members often call her the second mother of the group because she takes good care of them .

I think Gidle are one of the most real groups out there, but everyone has a side that they keep "behind the scenes". I think Soyeon expects a lot from everyone, especially herself. I do think that's where the less lines come in. It's Soyeon being unbiased. If you aren't up to standards then objectively you shouldn't get the part. That said, I think that may hurt Shuhua, but she is improving her Korean and becoming more comfortable as the days go by. Also, I think that Soyeon having very high standards is hardest for Shuhua because she's also hard on herself, plus everything is already harder for her having to learn a new culture, and language on top of all the idol stress and work. I think that Soyeon also has a hard time expressing emotions, especially in a public form. I actually was troubled by the time when Shuhua was crying after the performance on Queendom and Soyeon rushed her to the closing statement. Later, on a different show she explained though that she wanted to finish the closing so they could go home. Implying that she wanted to finish up work so they could take care of her without cameras around. Lastly, Soyeon is smart and she's aware that she isn't the best with emotions or the closest to Shuhua, so she lets her closer members take care of her when shes troubled. There's nothing wrong with that. I was in a band for 5 years, some are closer than others, but we all cared for each other. This is just my view on things from what I've seen. I have a feeling some people will be offended by my statement because it's not the glossy image that kpop idols portray. However, like Shuhua said, "Idols are people too". Long live Gidle!!! ❤️

Soyeon is the best example of a great leader in kpop industry through international eyes. She understand what its like to be a foreigner in Korea, while she experienced herself by doing some project out sea, out of her comfort zone. If something what she seriously want other people know is how she really took it seriously her works and her sisterhood in G-idle. Thats why whenever she talk about ideas and music, her intonation was always serious. I never even heard her badmouthing her own members. The way she jokes around her members also never really mismatch against her personality. What she jokes with Shuhua, she jokes the same ways with other members. That's her. The only thing that different between them and may causes this rumours perhaps because of Soyeon's Femme Fatale aura on stages was contrast to Shuhua's angelic aura. It just a perception on how they presenting themself. But they both are great match out of stage. Other than that, unlike AOA, although their name is "girls kid", All of them actually so mature in thinking on what and which are the best for their team. They know each other too well. Go see behind the scene of "i'm the trend" did you saw Soyeon forced Shuhua to do the pool scene? Or did she just acknowledged Shuhua's trauma of being drowned and let her be out for this scene but still let her return doing other safe scene with them? It may look nothing to us. But it mean a lot to Soyeon being as a leader and Shuhua mentally. Compared to Jimin according to Mina's story when her father was ill, is it the same conclusion or different way?

well we rarely got their interaction on cam coz each Korean member was unintentionally paired to foreign members and we got Soojin for Shushu, Minnie and Miyeon have each other as friend and Soyeon taking care of Yuqi. I, personally, believe that Soyeon LOVES these girls. All of them. They're like her own collection of dolls that can sing and dance for her. They not only compliment her style and vocals, but she also showcases what makes them so unique wonderful to her.

Let me be honest, I do feel the awkward between Soyeon and Shuhua, also between Soyeon and Miyeon. But after I watch I-Talk, I realized that Soyeon is very workaholic and straight forward person. She barely talk or playing around when they filming or recording. She really take serious about everything she working on. Also I think she dont know how to show how she really love her members cause maybe she feel awkward and not used about that but I do think she really take care of her members. About the line distribution, I dont think she have 100% right to distribute the lines. Also Soyeon give her more lines these days cause Shuhua Korean is getting improve. For me the rumor is just fake. We all know Soyeon and Sojin definitely not crack head like the other 4 members.
