10월 같은 날 컴백하여 KPOP계를 신나게 해주고 있는 두 그룹이 있죠.
There are 2 groups that made comebacks on the same day in October and are making the Kpop scene so exciting.
'Nxde'로 컴백한 (여자)아이들 그리고 'Antifragile'로 컴백한 르세라핌 !
It's (G)I-DLE who came back with 'Nxde'
and LE SSERAFIM who came back with 'Antifragile'!
(여자)아이들과 르세라핌은 컴백일 뿐만 아니라 평행이론이라고 할 수 있을 정도로
(G)I-DLE and LE SSERAFIM have so many things in common besides their comeback date

The only huge difference is is that idle are self producing queens they’ve produced, arranged and written all their albums & song since DEBUT the only group in the industry to do that. And al songs soyeon has written even for other idols has won an award

It's because their shitty company only supported this girls to the bare minimum but hey isn't that a great opportunity and privilege for a group to finally produce their albums? Soyeon was smarter than cube, Kpop fans nowadays are into idols who can write a song and so. If we went back to 2k14 or so, of the song is catchy enough then it's good 🤣

No offense meant to any of the group's fan (I'm a Fearnot), but I think one of the differences between the two is that Hybe's doing their best to support Le Sserafim while Soyeon have to hard carry ()-Idle's songs/discography 'cause nothing will happen if they wait on Cube. The least that they can do for ()-Idle is to give SY the support she needs for the group.

Omg finally. This is the comment i've been looking for. Soyeon knows that it's rare to have a GG where the members can produce/write songs so she had to do this to make the difference to any group. It is a success a real success, the fact that cube is giving their minimum support the gidle. Kpop fans nowadays are always bragging if their idols wrote/produce theie own song.

Bc cube wasn't sure if gidle will be successful or not which absurd bc even smaller company make sure to invest for their group to help them gain success. (G)i-dle and Le sserafim is a case of superficially similar, but fundamentally different. I am not saying one is better than the other but their DNA is very different. (G)i-dle is like an indie movie production house that made it big. Their MVs have the budget NOW but they came from a place where they needed to constantly re-invent themselves to provide something new to attract attention. Le Sserafim is like a big budget studio, carefully curated and using only the best. Members from Le Sserafim are head-hunted and selected from only the best from the around the world. Their creative team, all professionals and top of the industry.

Just superficial similarities. One had to learn to write songs due to their agency delaying debut because of lack of song, meanwhile the other has everything given to them. One thrived despite their agency while the other thrives thanks to it... Imagine if Cube had fought 1/10 for Soojin of how much Hybe fought for the member that left... Honestly the only good thing Cube has ever done for Idle is give them relative independance with their music and concepts. Even then Soyeon has to fight for that privilage every time. First time I hard disagree with one of Doyouram's videos...

@Storyteller I agree it's a responsibility, but if you see at kpop industry as a whole, and particularly girl group segment, being self-produced is a privilege few have. She 100% earned it, but it is a right that almost no one has in kpop (which you know is definition of privilege).

In this era, who writes their own song has this special privilege in the eyes of kpop fans. If we are talking around 2k14 GGs it's only a battle of who's the most catchiest song that kpop fans have no care who produced it 🤣
