best power metal band to come along in 25 years, since Maiden and Priest, ALL their songs in 100% English. Which i s why I've been following them and bought everything they've ever released since 2017.

Yeah guys you just sow the winners of the 2018 year in category for best new metal band. Lovebites prefer to sing English. They are influenced by 80s metal. The band members are Asami the vocalist and songwriter, Midori the lead guitarist and backing vocals (with blonde hair), Miyako the other lead guitarist and pianist and composer, Haruna the drummer and Miho the bassist and composer and band leader. Lovebites are the best all female power metal band in the world at the moment. Their last album Electric pentagram is nominated for one of the best metal albums for 2020 year. You should check some songs from the last concert Five of kind in Zepp Diversity Tokyo from this year like Thunder vengeance, Holly war, Dancing with the devil, Swan song, Shadowmaker, Break the wall, Hammer of wrath, We the United Rise some hell. All the concert is mind blowing stuff. Enjoy it.

Lovebites - Holy War.. is another great song for the next reaction.. great vocal, lyrics and guitar solos

you will never see a band with this much talent and countless epic songs. the right guitarist miyako writes almost all of the songs with input from the others. a true supergroup as they are all members of previous metal and rock bands. i could recommend songs but with the mighty LOVEBITES just put a blindfold on and pick one. winner every time. you have 4 years of catching up to do. go nuts ! supermodel samurai shredders. and don't let the fact that this is an mv fool you. one of the few bands you will see in your lifetime that are better live. and most of the content out there is live performances. the guitar duo of midori and miyako will stun you every time.

Great that you got to this. They have all studied the great historical metal bands going back to Purple and Sabbath, through Maiden, Priest, Metallica, Slayer etc. and they aced it all. Now they are taking it to another level. A key aspect of their sound is the difference in personalities between Miyako (dark hair) and Midori (ponytail). Midori is the extrovert and show-off, and badass shredder; Miyako is the introvert, a legitimate shredder herself, and is also a classical concert pianist, and composes most of their music, along with Miho (bass).

They sing all in English! You need to watch them Live, plenty of songs to choose from, Swan Song, Raise Some Hell, Scream For Me, Thunder Vengeance, Holy War and much more. Hope you enjoy and stay safe.

Lovebites is (mostly) a power metal band but they have influences from Metallica, Iron Maiden, Helloween, Slayer, Dragon Force, Gary Moore, Whitesnake, etc., and they’re developing their own style. I recommend their live performances; they really shine live, especially their latest concert earlier this year “Zepp Divercity, Tokyo 2020”. Other recommended live performances are “Daughters of the dawn”, “Battle in the east”, “Wacken”. Avoid “Bloodstuck” (bad audio). Well now you need to really experience this band LIVE, they are even more awesome. Best LIVE power metal band playing today. They are insanely talented as they all play multiple instruments, do thrash metal, ballads, power metal etc... They took 80's metal (Iron Maiden/Judas Priest, etc) mix in some Dragon Force and add Asami's bluesy vocals in English ( learned phonically) and you have the best new metal band 2018, 1st all female band to play Wacken and Bloodstock 2018!!!! All of their songs are in english. Try the live versions of "Holy War" and "Swan Song". You might like Unlucky Morpheus, another japanese super band. I recommend their official live videos for "Knight of Sword" or "Dignity of Spirit".

DragonForce brought them along on their most recent UK tour...one hell of a double bill! Oh, and speaking of DragonForce (and female Japanese metal musicians), check out the drum covers by (ex-GRBK) drummer Junna. She does both Ashes of the Dawn and Through the Fire and Flames. Absolutely kills 'em, imo...an opinion also held by DragonForce drummer Gee Anzalone, who reacted to one of them himself (said it was his favorite). And again on the Japanese female metal front, you might enjoy another "supergroup" in that scene, Nemophila. Their latest original is "Raitei," and it's brutal. They also love making cover videos, often of classic metal bands: Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Kiss, etc. They have huge fun on these, and it's contagious..

Speaking of speaking or singing in English, I wonder what is the native language(s) of you two from Belgium. Many reactors of non-English-speaking country speak English in their videos. I think it's only natural for one-person-reacting. But you are two, and having an informal conversation each other in English. Is it normal for you two apart from making reacting videos?
