very important topic, but I would not change the plastic buckles on cheaper G-Shocks, they are pretty fine in my opinion. Instead I would change the standard shitty steel buckles with more premium ones on more valuable models. I have done this so far, for example I attached a GX-56 buckle to my belowed GG-B100. A great update. Please do more videos about exchange of buckles 🙂
You can use it again, I'm guessing about five times before you'll see the damage. Even with damages, it could still be use except risk of it might came off gets higher. You can feel it got loose in this case.
