Basic : Find a calm place for the session
1.) Sit Straight
2.) Take 5 to 10 times deep breathing
3.) Focus on the sound
4.) Match your Voice by saying (OM/ Humm or Sa)
5.) Try to first position your note correctly for 15 minutes
6.) Now, start pushing the same note with stability
7.) Try to maximize your breath and sing along till the breath ends, repeat the cycle
8.) Tanpura C sharp 1 Hour Practice daily, is sufficient if done correctly
9.) Keep yourself relaxed by seeing visuals in this video. It will help you to smile and feel great during your meditation and practice sessions.
