This song is forever old.....But my God. It can catch you at the right time and speak to and through your soul. I am a grown man sitting here tearing up. Just happened to be listening to it on my cable music channel and now have replayed it on youtube for the past hour.

Thanks again to the Hawkins family, for allowing the Lord to take control. I was crippled, and one day as I was attempting to walk again the holy spirit deposited this song in my heart. As I returned home, I searched for the song, I was not acquainted with it. I proceeded to play it about a thousand times and saturated my being with the anointing found in these words. Walter, may God continue to use you as you bless the body of Christ. May He abundantly bless your obedience to His will.

it may have been 'flawless' at Antioch in N. Atlanta; but the missing ingredient was Bishop Walter Hawkins from Oakland, Calif. The best gospel artist of my time, I loved him dearly and grew up on he and Edwins music. I first saw them in concert 39 years ago in DC. I mean absolutely no any harm or disrespect in anyway to his memory. Upon hearing this I knew without a doubt that Bishop Hawkins had been delivered and set free from something. Really listen to the words and the great conviction in which he sang this. This was his song of thanksgiving and praise to God for the Marvelous thing he had done. .

I have this taped from Gospel Videos Show on cable a few years ago. The VHS tape has been played so many times over the past few years. It's become my "daily spiritual" dose. Just can't get enough of this man's music...been hooked since the 70's....love all the Hawkins family. Thank you God for such a magnificent talent...oh! He had to be an anointed one. So true...but if the choir or the director is not annointed then it won't be the same...the annointing makes the difference. You cannot even sing but if the Lord annoint you then you would sound better than Fantasia or anyone else with a melodious voice...so too speak!
