An Epic Legend For The Ages. We must pray that Pastor Kee continue to lead his church with God's power and most of all that he take good care of himself in 2023.
When I die this is going to be my procession into the church....let it be a reflection of God & my soul reuniting with him...I want a praise party, no tears, shout in Jesus name that he was part of my life n I wasnt a lost soul..if you must cry let it be during the praise break let the spirit fill you rejoice for the comfort will come.I love this song&will keep the party going by replaying this never goes out of style! Ain't no party like a HOLY GHOST PARTY cuz the HOLY GHOST party don't stop
I was one of those one's who just played drums in church for money but listening to this song made me realize how good God's been to me. Its seriously time for me to get my house in order today so i can rest with my jesus one day. I wanna get ready to take flight with jesus.i can't stop 😢
I know this was commented 6 years ago but I still wanted to leave you with these scriptures. Jesus said in Matthew 6:33: "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." seek Christ and he'll surely give you the desires of your heart, especially when you are seeking a closer walk with Him! Not for religion but for a true relationship with the Savior!!! For no Good thing will our God withhold from you in Jesus Name! Jesus also says in Matthew 7:7-8: "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened." So it tells us to Ask, Seek, Knock, and it shall be given to us. And it all comes back to the fact that all we have to do is Ask the Savior! Hallelujah!🙌🏾 Praying that things has gotten better for you spiritually in your walk with Christ and even if it has not, I assure you that God is still calling your name and I know he still wants a relationship with you! For as it says many times in Isaiah chapter 9, God's hand is stretched out still!!!! And last thing; God's word says in Psalms 95:6-8: "O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker. For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. TODAY! if ye will hear HIS VOICE, HARDEN NOT YOUR HEART,.." Jesus is still calling us all. For there is no name under heaven by which we can be saved except by the name of Jesus Christ. Jesus Saves.🙏🏾❤️
+mzgeist Hallelujah!! I don't know why I got goosebumps when I read this smh, your mom's resting in heavenly paradise mzgeist, take courage! Lost my Great Grandma last month, but one day!
Pastor Kee was at my church this past Thursday... he told ppl to send request via social media... i tweeted him this song... he closed with it after an amazing altar call...
i was 4 rys old when this video came out and every time i watch this video i would look at calvin napper on the drums that was my 1st inspiration to play drums now im 17 yrs old playin 4 COGIC 1 day i want to meet him.thank u calvin.
I like this song, but understand this version is not the one we sung in the early to late 1990's. When my sister went on to glory, she met the Lord under the old version. Now we support each other. Go look up "John P. Kee & New Life (He"ll Welcome)" and enjoy 'ole school'. Be Blessed. God Loves Everyone and So Do I. Thanks for the post. I did not know there was a G-Xpres. Thanks again!
This is truly the homegoing celebration song for all the saints of God it's good to know that he will truly welcome me home one day in Glory Praise God
This song just makes me excited to get to Heave!!! It's like knowing you're going to Big Mama's house after you got a good report card AND a holiday passed!!! You KNOW she's gonna have something for you and you're just glad to get there!!!
Show Up! the Video and CD has to be a trend setter in the mid 90's when it came to gospel. Everything about Show Up! is priceless.. It reminds of a Luther or Anita Baker CD, you can never get tired of listening to John P. Kee and New Life do there thing, 'sepecially back in 95'.
I had the VHS of this concert and played it on my VCR until it was almost blank. John P. Kee and New Life have been my favorite since I got saved in 1994.
This never gets old! Come saints, let’s prepare for our King🙏🏽 I always say, ‘Stay Ready!’😇🔥he’ll welcome me… say it Vanessa❤️her daughter can sing too!😇
We still sing this song at EVERY funeral. i remember when it first came out and we learned it. this is a classic that will never grow old. we need some more funeral songs like this, i'm tired of Going Up Yonder....
@swampboy05 We sing this at every funeral, too, during congregational viewing, followed by an annoyingly slow version of Winans' & Anita Bakers' "Ain't No Need to Worry" for family viewing. The same woman sings both of them, and she does a wonderful job on this one.
On my lunch break with my headsets on in my office. I must've gotten a little loud cause folk outside my office looking through the window tripping. Holy Spirit is going to hit them one day and they'll understand.
