Fellow arkansas here.what a true arkansas monarch.i was on a deer like that once.never got him.hunted him for 4 years.hes now gone & havent seen him in 2 years.im happy you got that deer.you deserved it great hunt.and i realy limed the phone call. "Dad grab ur wallet" that is good stuff.seasons winding down here.got 2 mo of bow left.i get sad every year at this time.

Nice ! There’s one or two out here . Haven’t seen him for a few years tho . Even on cameras they’re all distance shots but you can see the bullwinkle ears and the monster rack and sheer body size .

I got told about buck fever once and when you shot a buck you get super excited and start shaking a lot I have never seen someone shake so much good job on the buck

Your excitement after the kill made me smile big. I know if my neighbor called me to tell me he got our Mr.Big then I would be going crazy for him to send me pics immediately. We get him on the trail cameras pretty often but, he doesn't come out in daylight except for on a random day in the very back of the woods up next to our creek. When the rut comes he gets close to the house. I missed him by 1 hour last year. I had to leave my blind at 10am and he showed up at 11am tending a doe.

harvested my biggest 7 year old in 2019. dallas county ar. habitat around my farm was prime for mature bucks during those years. Some are still alive probably.

Awesome video!! I live in central ar. Saltillo to be exact. I’m fortunate enough to have some Private land to hunt. Had 3 solid bucks on camera this year, one of which taken by the neighbor. Hopefully will get my hands on one of them this season or the next!!

Nice deer my first deer was 2021 also he wasn't as big as g2 but it was a big 250 lb 9 point with a kicker that broke of but it was around a 12 to 13 point (im 12 with not much luck when it comes to hunting

That is freaking amazing no matter where you hunt, but in arkansas that is a mega. Where I live if you kill a 130 it is big much less that. That is awesome.

I really enjoyed this up till I saw the rifle hanging in the tree. You should of kept at him with the bow. I would never kill a nice buck with a gun or black powder. But that is just me. If you are happy then thats all that really matters. Great buck. I arrowed a 8.5 year old buck on public and he had dark choc rack. Pretty cool.

When you use corn and a game camera to alert you when deer are around, that's not hunting bro. In my opinion, it's too bad the deer had to go down in that scenario. You kept asking your friend "What did we do?" The answer: Shot a deer over a corn pile.
