He is very aware based on what he said here. He uses the more cringe/funny parts deliberately to appeal to the Desi audience that is Lower-Middle - but obviously it creates content for Meme Pages. Its a Win for both sides tbh.

Just don't understand one thing his age is 25 years today. He went to Mumbai in 2016 post graduation thus his age at that time was 18 years. He has done two degrees BCA (3 years) and MBA (2 years) Thus he completed his 12th in 2011 at the age of 13. How is it possible?
Ishaan ali is smart He is making short fun videos which gives some social message for the middle and lower class audience which is huge even if we find his content cringe.. Still majority of people likes it.
