This case is just baffling. Your fiancé is across the country missing meanwhile you nonchalantly “go on a hike to your favorite parks?” No one in their right mind does this. Parents “ find “ mustang & return it home but wait 3 days to report him missing. Ample time to get ahead start on the run. You return his vehicle home but how did you expect your son to get back home? Or are we going to hear the excuse that he loves to hike home to? Decoy. No one in their right mind does that either.
@@jensmyemail agree the parents seem just as guilty as he is at this point. You can’t raise children to do right when you are potentially aiding in a cover up. It’s a reflection on the parents also. Why would they drive his vehicle home and report him missing? Seems like a perfect way to cover up for him further. If this plays out as most are expecting they should be subject to charges.
@sam5501 it just makes no sense why they would go pick his mustang up and return it home knowing what they know their son is potentially involved in if they weren’t covering something up or helping him get away. That search in the preserves could’ve been a set up to allow him more time to get away.
That park is a swampy mess, its the rainy mucky season there, who would hike in that? I actually thought that was a ploy to get him somewhere else since the lynch mob at his house was off the hook.

Your probably right of course. That's being said who knows what happened ? Maybe she snapped and lost control of her mental illness and tried to kill him ? Maybe she attacked him in his sleep and he woke up fighting for his life and somehow won the fight ? Maybe she deserved what happened ? Maybe he loved her so much he felt like a piece of shit for killing her even in self defense ? Maybe he is an overly sensitive kind of guy and that's why he's done what he has done ? I'm mean I doubt it I'm just saying it's possible lol ..

Keyboard warriors acting like they wouldn't protect their own children from the feds too lol yea sure sure. Every single person condemning the parents would advise their child to lawyer up immediately and say nothing. It doesn't make the parents bad people, they're completely within their constitutional rights. The only bad thing would be if they did speak and then deliberately lied to the police to throw them off but keyboard warriors are just assuming they did without evidence. All reports and indications from the police have said they're cooperating, leave them alone.
Brian very easily could have lied to his parents about a ton of information regarding Gabby, including where he went off to before running. People are just assuming the parents are bad actors and acting like a bloodthirsty mob.

The fact that whoever sent that text referring to her grandfather as “Stan”, provides two facts: 1. that the person writing the text was NOT GABBY and 2. The person who wrote that text knows the grandfather’s name is Stan - therefore narrowing it down to Brian, since he knows her family.
Agreed, and after watching that hour long bodycam vid, they BOTH should have been arrested, as it was, in fact, two seperate instances of DV. If you watch the entire video it is very clear that the officers felt like they had to arrest Gabby. The only physical evidence of assault was on her fiance. However they felt like there was no chance of any further physical violence from Gabby and they did not want to settle her with an arrest record for the rest of her life for something that they felt like was not her normal behavior, not a typical domestic violence situation. They chose not to arrest but to ask them to separate for the night voluntarily. And that is what happens. The officers got Brian a hotel room and directed Gabby to a park facility that offered showers and other amenities.

Aiding and abetting what exactly? Brian was never told he couldnt leave and go somewhere else, how can they be charged for helping him do something he was allowed to do? Use your head and stop listening to everyone else.
first you have to prove that they knew for a fact that he did it. also there were no charges and he was not even listed as a suspect yet. they don't have any responsibility nor Authority to prevent him from going anywhere he wants. you people are just so upset about the crime that you want to torch everybody associated with the guy.
Yes, accessory to what? Can you name the crime Brian is charged with? In order to prosecute the parents the DA would need to PROVE BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT that Brian…1. Committed murder 2. Confessed to his parents he committed murder and then after knowing that a murder charge was imminent….they aided him in fleeing the country. That is absolutely impossible.
When is the last time that ANYONE, (including his parents) has actually seen Brian in the flesh? If he arrived in Florida on Sept 1st or 2nd and Gabby wasnt reported missing until almost a week after that, then he could have already been long gone. Furthermore, did ANYONE actually see Brian drive his mustang to the park? I have not seen ONE photo, or video of this guy since this whole thing started. We’re on our own to do all of that for ourselves. We either take take justice, peace, and comfort into our own hands, or we resign ourselves to not getting them. Notice that it’s regular people conducting the forensic investigations, collecting the data, sharing the information, writing and enforcing the relevant laws, and dealing with the emotional trauma of this and every other difficult situation life hands us, and nowhere are any deities or religious superheroes found.
For you mean and evil people Unless you are a part of Gabby's family or friends I was not talking to you and I surely didn't ask for your 2 sense and I mean sense.
What is so infuriating about this story, is that even tho the report to police in the 911 call, they clearly are saying that Brian was being physically abusive, when the police got there they made Gabby to feel like she was the one in the wrong and that she was lucky that charges wouldn't be pressed. I feel like this could very well be fueled by a male dominated idea that women are unstable because they're "emotional". I almost lost my own life once to a man who was being horrifyingly physically abusive, He said I could stay at their house for a couple days because I was in a very hard spot and I trusted him because he claimed to be a christian and acted like a good guy. His roommate happened to come home unexpectedly and his roommate called the police, if it weren't for her I'd probably been killed. I was hysterical and in shock because I knew I was just moments from being thrown down a flight of cement stairs, and potentially being killed, when she came home. When the cops got there, they were literally shmoosing with him and treated me like I was crazy or just an overly emotional woman, even tho I had bruising up and down my arms... This guy turned on the innocents and charm and a calm level demeanor in a second, the cops sided with him, I asked the cops to give me a ride to a nearby women's shelter because I didn't have a car or way to leave safely, and they literally were laughing and talking shit about me in their patrol car, then they dropped me off at the front, quickly sped off, and never gave any report to the shelter, which they weren't supposed to do. So when I hear people say that police and courts side with women just because they are women, I have now seen twice that the exact opposite is true! And people who take that stance, that women get favoritism, are usually ass holes and abusers themselves who only want to perpetuate their ability to take advantage of women who are vulnerable, THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. People who advocate and try to defend such perpetrators like Brian Laundrie, and there were many I saw in these comment sections, are sick and twisted and backwards!!!! Those police need to be held accountable, PERIOD!!!

This isn't the first time parents have impeded an investigation of their adult child. They don't seem concerned about Brian 's whereabouts nor did they care to see Gabby found.
