Peruvian, Jesus Pinedo is coming off 2 of the biggest upsets in MMA this year after back-to-back knockouts over 2022 PFL Featherweight World Champion Brendan Loughnane and last season’s runner-up Bubba Jenkins. He will take on 2023 Challenger Series veteran and undefeated Brazilian Gabriel Braga, who looks to make the most of his first season in the PFL, as he aims to secure a World Championship at the age of just 25.
These two elite strikers faced off in their first fights of the regular season in 2023 with Braga edging a back-and-forth split decision over Pinedo. This fight is guaranteed to be just as close and even more exciting than their first meeting, with Braga hoping to stay undefeated, and “El Mudo” looking to exact his revenge as they look to become the PFL Featherweight World Champion.
