Ruto paid MPs and Senators. Surely corrupting judges is a walk in the park for him. However unfair it looks Gachagua is a goner. Hopefully he'll look back and realise being nusty to others especially Uhuru and family has consequences. He's paying back the hard way. OTHERWISE, THE DUTIES, ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES THOSE TWO DEPUTY POSITIONS HAVE BEEN NOT VERY CLEAR EVEN TO A COMMON KENYAN CITIZEN. JUST AN INSIGHTFUL INPUT.
