I've followed this band since the year of their formation, 2009. This band should be doing world tours, as Babymetal, Band-Maid, Lovebites, Hanabie, and for that matter Atarashii Gakko have. They're every bit as good musicians as any other band, and have as much fun onstage as AG. They are total entertainers. Their humor is wry, dry, self-deprecating, sarcastic, slapstick (there is actually a long tradition in Japan of musicians being comedians). Their live shows are second to none. Even by the very high standards that prevail in Japan they are exceptional.

I think you are spot on. They understand every aspect of putting on a good show without excessive props or special effects--THEY are the special effects.
