Gaddock Teeg Commander Deck Tech 

A guy from my local game store had a commander with this guy. He call it " fair magic " I sill wake up in the middle of the night screaming FAIR MAGIC! It was horrible.

Thanks for the Deck Tech Void! A nice direction for the deck I had not considered that is not entirely focused on stax. A lot of pieces showcased here that will be replacements to my current build.

I like this take a lot, good choices. Couple of notes though: Flash Hushwing in in response to the creature being cast, not in response to the trigger. And Archon of Valor's Reach doesn't have an ETB trigger, it's more like a Clone, so you'll be fine even with a husher out.

I've been using him in a hybrid Abzan deck. Entomb/Exhume, Recurring Survival deck. Sheoldred, Avacyn, Archetype of Endurance, and Elvish Piper are the foundation. Aegis of the Gods, Gaddock Teeg, Iona, Dromoka, Blazing Archon, Elesh Norn, and Titania's Song (play it before Teeg...) for hate/sideboard. Choke and City of Solitude for additional blue hate. Deadeye, Rune Scarred Demon, Eternal Whitness, Bane of Progress, Ashen Rider, and Massacre Wurm for support. Griselbrand and Damia for card advantage. You can cheat things in to play incredibly fast, and do a denial set up depending on the order you deploy the creatures.

I lllooovvvee my teeg deck. Its str8 stax with anti artifact theme. Very nasty and can be feel bad if played in wrong matchup. That said u can politic NOT casting teeg when he hoses a player (big spellslinger, artifacts, walkers etc.). They get to play, but at end u have edge. Great part of deck is taking down "competetive" combo decks. Inspired by legacy DnT, which is my favorite strat.

Small correction : archon's ability says AS not WHEN, meaning it isn't an etb and isn't stopped by the hush cards.

IMHO, Gaddok Teeg realy best synergy is a Brisela (Bruna + Gisela). Opponents can cast only creatures with 4+ cost and nothing else... With Survival you may put Gisela into graveyard and reanimate her with Bruna...
