after hearing this, i just got a feeling that soviet union wasn't doing it because they wanted to be first every time, they just wanted to go step further for the mankind.
@@Yair44 well not really. Im sure that most do but we cant say that people like Mengele did for "the mankind". A lot of scientist just do for personal interest, in an economic view most of the cases or in a sadistic way in some rare ones like the one I mentioned.
