Yes they have. I remember growing up i Denmark in the 80s. There were alot of small farmers in my area who all had a small Ferguson 135 or an old David Brown and they got the job done. Now there are no small farmers left, only big farmers with huge tractors and giant high tech combines.
Would love to see this as a low profile built in option for the smaller 6M 90-120Hp tractors for vegetable and potato work, also the screen option on the B pillar like on the 6030 series premium originally had, ie eye level with no sun glare
Thanks for asking. For questions on availability, we recommend contacting your local dealer for more information. If needed, you can find your local dealer at Deere.com/Dealer. For your other question, the StarFire™ 6000 Integrated Receiver and the StarFire™ 7000 Integrated Receiver are both compatible with the 8R Series Tractors. We hope this helps!
@@JohnDeere I know they are compatible with 8r tractors but when will we be able to order an 8r tractor with them? Currently it’s not an option when building one
Tyler, thanks for asking. We recommend reaching out to your local John Deere dealership for questions you may have about compatibility with our StarFire™ 7000 Receiver. If needed, you can find your closest dealer at Deere.com/Dealer.
I know this is a year old post but were you referring to Centerpoint RTX? If their claims are accurate I think it’s basically the same level of performance as Centerpoint. All actual RTK should be 1 inch or better regardless of company.
Thanks for your interest, DCW! Please contact your local John Deere dealership for pricing and availability. You can find your local dealer at Deere.com/Dealer.
Trimble has had this for almost a decade already. It’s called Centerpoint RTX. It works very well but it’s also tough to beat the convenience of John Deere stuff if all your machines are green.
As soon as all the 6000’s that are built (waiting for chips) are gone they will sell the 7000, probably at least a year from now, but don’t hold me to it! In the last year some of my predictions have proven to be waaaaay off
@@joebydevaate3704 don't know if your question is still valid for you, but I've been talking to our dealer about upgrading a tractor on our farm, and our old 3000 receiver, and he was saying they could get us a 7000 now to replace it.
