Despite some mischief in the midst, I have seen hundreds of thousands of people stand side by side together, the majority peacefully to ask that people are treated with decency... there have already been changes put into action because of this movement. There are always those who wish to disrupt the protests... It's wonderful to see people getting out for others and not just for selfish reasons 🥰

African American ancestors never fought to be in America. Ever. They were dragged there in chains. its a huge part of the trauma other than decades of lynching and Jim Crow laws. Other than that, another amazing video! Your ideas really help a lot! I know I definitely find ancestral racism in my being. I make the choice to not act in a racist manner but it doesn't mean its not a more natural impulse to be prejudice, goes back to tribal brain. The point is, knowing my shadow I can make much clearer choices towards the light! love to you.
