This has been one of my favorite bands since it started. These were not the original singers except for Bill Gaither, ( the oldest man you see here) the one who started it in 1980. The Gaither Vocal Band has always been amazing. Bill Gaither wrote almost all of their songs.

First and only time I heard this song (before now) was in Navy boot camp 1987 at a church service. The words came to my memory and I looked it up and here it is. It was my first time seeing so many people worship. I remember oh happy day and a song called ‘say I do’. They gave it a soul type feel when singing it. First time going to church that I wanted to go back.

Such a beautiful song! My parents loved the Blues 🎶🎸🎤 it kind of reminds me of #JohnnyDepp when he gets to jam 🎸 with his friends that love the Blues!
