I think I've seen this Kawasaki at a blog I won't name as well. They were "couple bikes." Not sure if it was a Barako or Boxer but they do look the same and it is my favorite custom build like ever.
Looks like it needs a choke cable or enricher circuit added...... not that I would know how. I'm from Kansas and was impressed by your videos today. The bike does look great, but after its done on the show scene maybe your friend could make it more road rider friendly?
Woohoo! Thanks for watching! Yes, perhaps a little modification. It's a very basic base bike here. He might adjust handle bars as well to make it more comfortable.
owned by Dereck Kwan, isn't it? been drooling over this bike ever since I first saw it on cafe racer ph. bought my own boxer (and first bike ever, too) because of it. really hard to start at first, but i learned this trick of closing the carb for about ten secs until it warms up. kinda tall for me though. hoping to have the seat lowered and replaced with a cafe racer looking one soon hehe ride safe gaki
Nate Lacson he did the build and sold it. I think he made a black and a white. There are many builders now a days. It's cool how the Builds get better and better. 😊
visit my 1995 yamaha rxt nextime can't wait to restore it im too busy working! the kawasaki boxer is so damn beautiful great skill by the builder nice vlog gakigirl
Good bike! I've got a rouser 220 that I've not been using for almost three years now. I want to revive it but don't know where I can have done. The next concern is how much it's going to cost me. Any idea where I could being it somewhere here in Taguig or Makati or maybe even Pasig, Pateros or Paranaque.
Hey gaki any ideas where I can buy those kind of classic speedometer just like in this video? Plan ko rin kasi mag build ng Street Tracker. Anyway great vids. Keep it up!
the guy who did this charged a lot... 100k for the custom work. a boxer would cost your 60-70k? If you look around, there are garages that would do it for half the price. Check out my other vids.
that is one sick bike!!ang ganda!!! ang ganda2x.... pang tricyle eh... mapaganda nya ng ganun?kung pupwede sana malaman? magkano ginastos nya? pls pls lang pls?ng makapag ipon nako
what i mean is will this bike pass the inspection to renew the road tax. after all the frame has been cut and the structure is weaken. my meaning is , is the bike still street legal?
Leon Wang good question... I'll have to check LTO regulation on modification. So far, builders haven't encountered any problems. But I'm curious now hehe. So will get back to ya on this
Ok, just did some reading. In terms of safety, the LTO here will check for Side Mirrors, Headlight, Tail Light and Signal Lights. So, if the base bike is street legal (like this bajaj boxer) it won't be a problem. :)
Mexico city, haha! You'r gonna send me one? I have an HD Iron 883 and a V15 that I got just to turn it into a cafe racer, but since its 150cc id be great to pull a sound like your friend's out of it.
Hwoo Gaki i need to know how much your friend spent for this look! Such a gentleman taste! :D i wanna know if you'd rather get a hot royal enfield or just modify a simple habalhabal and save the salary.. Hehe thannks..
GakiMoto yah I totally agree some pleasures you can't put out just by actually having it but by building and tinkering it.. plus japanese bikes like honda are incrdible messing with them i bet feels great.. Problm is it might take me few years to understand enough to actually make one.. So i envy you and i wish to feel what you feel playing with these crafts sometime.. A lot of work i need.. Mayb id find a simple honda 175 one time and we'll see.. :) thanks dude..
It's not poorly tuned..it's just cold. She probably didn't let it warm up, and even so, the idle adjustment will have a thumb screw..a half turn would have fixed the problem.
