Jesus is enough. I use to question my salvation but I have been studying and reading my bible daily, oh and listening to one sermon a day from you and there is no more question in my mind.

Social media is a tool. In the right hands it can be for good. In the wrong hands it is a tool for evil. We need to know how to use discernment. As the pastor here says there are people who have preached the gospel but still have later begun to teach another gospel. How much more can a tool be used for good one day, or even minute, and then used for evil the very next moment. I praise the Lord, to hear your testimony of how it has been for you in your life thus far. I just caution against speaking about the tool itself as a force for good or evil. Again, God bless you and keep you and make His face to shine upon you.

God surely has gifted you with teaching. I have attempted to read the Bible on my own God (through you) always shows me so much that I have not have seen or understood. I have been listening to you for a few months and I will definitely get through the entire Bible with you. I look so forward to hearing your message straight from God’s Word daily. I have never seen a Pastor as thorough as you who teaches the whole gospel and we need to hear the truth. I know you will have a special crown in heaven and rightfully so and I will personally thank you. The gospel is the power of God (Holy spirit )unto salvation through Jesus Christ. Through faith in Christ the Holy spirit does the work of salvation what the law cannot do.

In agreement with this whole message and galatians 1:6-10, 2 corinthians 6:14-15, matthew 6:24, 1 john 3:10 I loosen myself, my friends, family, colleagues, neighbours, acquintances, opponents and the body of Christ from any other gospel than the true gospel of Christ for salvation, while loosening myself of every unequal yoke and common share with those being accursed, in the name and blood of Jesus Christ, amen and hallelujah!

Great example comparing a scale to the law. Also I remember when my son was born 14 years ago I chose not circumcise my son. I use to be Catholic. I told a good friend of mine at the time (also Catholic) and she was against it because she said I should because it says so in the Bible. Of course I was ignorant of what the Bible really says and so was she and so I didn’t have a good argument. But now I know what the Bible actually says and what the Gospel is. Jesus is enough!!!!!!!!!

Pastor Paul, thank you for yet another wonderful, down-to-earth teaching! I have really enjoyed listening to you since I discovered this channel last year. There is just one thing I am trying to solidify in my mind; I understood that the Old Testament Jews were saved, at least in part, by obedience to God, which would include the law, but now I'm wondering if their obedience wasn't supposed to be an outcropping of their faith, like it is with us. Am I on the right track? Has being saved really been the same process since the beginning? Thanks again! :)
Hi Melissa. Actually, the Jews were NEVER promised salvation through their obedience to the Law. The only thing God promised them were physical blessings connected to the land. God never promised them they would go to heaven if they kept the Law. That was an assumption on their part which the Apostle Paul had to contradict. Hey there Kell, You could be thankful- as in tell Him you’re thankful. Every day. In every situation. You could tell everyone what God has done for you. You could ask others if they know Jesus and be prepared to share the gospel. You could write Scripture notes and leave them everywhere. You can get free tracts. You can print out tracts. You could invite others to study Scripture with you via Pastor Paul or another trustworthy teacher. Jesus said His followers would be known by their love for others…. Pray and plant seeds! I don’t think you should be apologizing for speaking against the dumb beliefs of other religions. Speak it how it is. I was raised Catholic and I wish I had someone like you tell me the truth years ago . I love listening to you breaking down each verse of the word of god and not manipulating it like Catholic priest do

You misunderstood. He was speaking of how some people/groups say they have the right formula for baptism. He wasn't saying "you have to be baptized in the name of Jesus, none of this father, son, holy spirit junk" as in that's what their church says/does.
I found your channel and have really enjoyed your teaching and grown in my walk as a Christian. However, I’m really confused by your interpretation of water baptism as a “work” of man. It is a (passive) act of submission, as is repentance and confession, no? Maybe you can clarify this for me? I will continue studying and growing, thanks for your messages! God bless!
Hi Rebekah. Water baptism is characterized as "an act of passive submission" by those who want to convince you that it is required to be saved. I suppose you could say that abstaining from pork or submitting to circumcision is also an act of passive submission. We are saved by grace through faith ALONE. God bless you!

I listen to Mr. LeBoutillier's sermons whenever I cannot go to church, and I love them. I do have to part company however as I do think baptism and communion are required. You need baptism (immersion if possible but God knows the heart) so that you can re-enact Christ's death, burial and resurrection as a new person. In immersion (again, if possible), you die to your sins, are buried, and arise again as a new person in Christ. (Romans 6:3-4, 2 Cor 5:17). With communion, it is well and good that we read (or watch a film about) the Word and intellectually assent to it, and the same goes for the blood Christ shed for our sins. But that is not enough: we must also get both into our inner being, our gut (where some of our thought occurs, hence "gut feeling"). Thus we must partake of the bread (Word) and of the grape juice (atoning blood) to truly appreciate both. One more thing: neither baptism nor communion is a "work" in the sense the believer must accomplish it alone. It is done in a community of believers who (if they are Christ-centered) will happily help the believer perform the sacrament.
If baptism or communion are necessary, why did the thief on the cross get saved? How did the Holy Spirit come upon Cornelius and his household BEFORE baptism? And why does the Bible not mention “communion” in connection with salvation AT ALL? Baptism is a RESPONSE to being saved. There is a huge history to it and if you understand its roots you would understand it. When Jesus shared the last supper, He didn’t pass out modern communion elements; He shared a meal. Religion has drilled it down to a morsel of bread (or a wafer) and a swig of wine. Again, if you study what the shared meal means, you would understand. By your way of thinking, a person must be mobile enough to get somewhere to be baptized and take communion (how often? does at home communion count?) in order to be saved. Jesus died for EVERYONE. His blood sacrifice paid our debt COMPLETELY. You wanting to add to His sacrifice is like telling Him His suffering and death are not enough, that He did okay, but needs your help; it’s like spitting in His face. This pastor just explained the gospel very well. If you refuse to trust Jesus completely, you cannot be born again.
Good definition of the gospel except the resurrection which gives power to the gospel is let out. its' very critical to salvation so it must always be included in the gospel. Excellent teaching as usual though.

Hello Susan. You're confused. Pastor Paul did NOT invite Spencer Kimball and, in fact, could not since the man died in 1985. Pastor Paul was quoting Kimball on the subject of salvation to show that Mormonism teaches something very different from Biblical Christianity concerning how we are saved. The other person Pastor Paul mentioned in this message from the Institute of Mormonism is someone working to expose the teachings of Mormonism as false, and who works tirelessly to help Mormons find the true and living God of the Bible.
My best friend became an Adventist, Sabbath is salvation to them, EGW is besides bible, 3 angels message is gospel to them. Sad they are considered Christians according to Evangelical top people. They proselytize Christians as they say we are Babylon. I can not talk bible as strawman arrogance. We have separated after 15 years. He is so deceived.
