I did the reboot thing with the volume down button it has not responded for 10 mins now it froze this phone is stupid. My mother in law gave it to my 10 year old last weekend and idk what he did to it but that safe mode is on and it's not responding at all.
If safe mode remains active on restart then do this following 1. Open back side of your so that you can see clearly socket of your volume button. 2. Unplug the volume button from phone. 3. Now start the phone. If the safe mode get disabled then get new set of volume button for your phone and put it.
Bro when i see safe mode is on at the top of my screen i press it then i press turn off but smth is wrong with my phone it shows a blue screen saying, " Warning a custom OS can cause critical problems in phone and installed applications. if u want ro download a custom OS, press the volume up key. Volume up: continue Volume down: Cancel (reset phone) Side key: Show Barcode What should i do? Should i pay someone to fix my phone?
Hey I was wondering if you could help me out man my phone doesn't let me get into my settings it keeps telling me security policy prevents changing settings that also happens when I try to turn off my Bluetooth or try to turn on my GPS or Airplane Mode it just keeps saying security policy prevents changes if there's anything you could do to help me out I greatly appreciate it thanks
My phone is glitched or what it says I have safe mode I'll did everything you said and it still says safe mode I tried to clear all my phone but it still doesn't work
I don't know how I got It into Safe mode My phone shut off cause it died And when I turned it back on By pressing the power button like always And then it said safe mode So I tried looking in my settings and tried everything I could But my phone didn't have the drop down button that says turn of safe mode So I turned it off but I was able to use apps And get notifications from messages Emails And snapchat It deleted my custom wallpaper And I tried to restart it But nothing happened
im still stuck in safe mode after power off to restart to get out of safe mode it's not working to turn safe mode off and my buttons are sticking not wanting to let me push them
Hi I have a Galaxy J7 2016 Version (I think) anyways the touch screen is unresponsive/frozen and I can't do anything on it. I have tried doing a soft and hard reset that didn't work so I did a factory reset and it's still unresponsive, everything else works fine. Any suggestions?
+Angel Carballo This sounds like hardware issue. You may need to replace screen. Have u tried the 123 method? Take ur battery out then press and hold power button down for 1 minute. Then put battery back in and power up. If no go then do it for 2 mins then 3 mins.
