have an s20 that is stuck on the downloading, when forcing the restart it automatically returns to the downloading screen, i know this is an old video and the phone is kind of outdated, but my friend has some pictures on the phone they want to recover.

Every time I tried it the blue screen popped back up, here’s how I fixed it. 1. If you are using a tablet hold the volume down, power, AND the centre hold button. 2. Make sure your phone is not plugged in charger.

Mine is in this mode, but it has a red exclamation mark in the top left corner. When I do this it flashes the Samsung logo then goes back to the blue screen. It won't go off.
