Switched from a three year old Samsung Flagship S20 Plus to OP 11 and I cannot tell you how big of a deal OnePlus is ... Love it every single day . The cameras are great . The battery is a beast. The display is awesome . Loud and crisp speakers . Looks great too . Oxgen os has everything that one UI provides. The only thing I miss a lot is "NOTHING" 😂
Yea, i still have my s20, and thinking if should i buy basic s23 or oneplus 11. The biggest thing im afraid of is the oxygen os, but if you say u dont miss anything from one ui i should go for the oneplus and try something new.
I have a OP11 device n got the latest 13.1 OTA update and suprisingly after the update, I ran the geekbench test and found great improvement on the single core & multi-core dude, i'm happy with the OP progress they're making with every update 💚💪🏻👌🏻

beware. they may be faking the results to look like they are scoring higher. thats why they are called synthetic tests. btw both have the same chipset so it honestly shouldnt be that different from other snapdragon 8 gen 2 phones. negligible difference should be observed. nothing more nothing less.
If you care about benchmarks etc, You get the exact same performance. Same display (a lil bit higher brightness on s23),same sound, overall same experience. You get an S pen which personally for me is useless, and you have to pay almost twice the price. Also, op comes with the fastest charging technology and adapter included 😂. If we talking about pure VFM there’s a clear winner.
@ulysses4989 I agree. However, the average consumer (talking about 95% of the population will see no difference). I own the 23u but the VFM is definitely the OP.
Back in the day, Samsung’s TouchWiz is really bulky and laggy. And now, I cannot believe myself in buying another Samsung 9 years after. Samsung seriously did put lots of effort under the hood. Excellent comparison btw.
@Saracen7i The above RU-vidrs have the devices for demonstration purposes only. I have the devices for three months for personal use. The Oneplus 11 is lighter and has less bulk. Its fingerprint is much better. Its screen has a higher resolution and of course it has a higher PPI. Its battery is more satisfactory and three times faster in charging than the Samsung s23 ultra .The sound of Oneplus 11 is absolutely better in quality and volume by a huge difference.Oneplus 11 has 16Ram and works in big Casino's apps like a rocket but Samsung s23 ultra hangs and throws you out of the app which is nerve wracking Oneplus 11 is a more well-made device.
Anyone remember the touchwiz era? Such a horrible laggy skin! I’ve always been a fan of oxygen OS. It feels really vanilla to me but I got to give it to Samsung for the progress they made over the years. They finally caught up with their hardware! It was such a pity to see those great specs on the phone and the software-hardware optimisation was terrible! I’m also really glad they finally went global snapdragon!
Both are sweet phones but I prefer the Samsung I like to have all the options possible and they king of options and they are super premium. And the s-pen is a must for me.
Absolutely! I have a Op 7T looking to upgrade ….looking at Samsung S 23 not the ultra to keep cost down as well as th iPhone 14 pro. I can get the OP 11 at $554 including tax and shipping and that’s for the 16 ram 256 gig storage edition IF I send them my 7T….$663 without the trade in….and how much is the Ultra? $1200??? No thanks!!
You can actually resize the floating windows in one ui. You can pin any notes , that you write in the floating note app or full app, to the always on display as a reminder.
Back in the day Oneplus phones were faster and smoother than Samsung but it looks like it’s no longer the case and the Samsung is slightly faster in fact.
Please do a test comparing the all the operating systems and apps in pairs. I'd like to see how each OS and skins launcher, notification panel, settings etc looks and what has better + another built-in tools to offer
I have the OP 11 and aside from the minor bugs it's actually a solid device for about anything. I'm not a photographer or get a kick out of numbers on a test. It's the best experience for the price.
@@TecnoMercy the widgets randomly change in scale "like the RU-vid music widget." The alarm clock sometimes doesn't sound. "The Google clock alarm works fine" Sometimes when I switch from wifi to mobile network there is no data under 5g, I have to manually go into settings and change it to 4g lte then Back to 5g.
The only reason I bought the S23 Ultra is because I use all of it's highlighted features. S pen, as a game console, Dex, multitasking, split screen. Otherwise I wouldn't spend the money.
I rock the OP11 and my wife has the S23, and I gotta say the only thing S23 has that OP11 doesn't is Wireless charging, and Display Out. But I'll take the 80w Warp wired charge over trickle charging via wireless any day!
Brotha, are you seriously comparing phone with the same CPU & GPU and casting a winner? Samsung may be overclocked out of the box, but OP11 in performance mode is identical.
Nick, great speed test portion of the video, but you can't judge for the gaming performance or price based on 1min 3m mark loop, thermal performance is a LOT more important and Oneplus 11 can't keep with S23U in that department at all. So price difference based on that, camera, S-pen ....ect, can be very well justified.
@@julieeagle3lmao Sales numbers literally shows that it is the best selling Android flagship by far. If you're comparing it to the iphone, you should know that Apple sales isn't being divided like Samsung's. If you want a flagship iOS device, iPhone is your only choice. If you want a flagship Android you have 100 choices and even with that, the S23Ultra numbers far exceeds any other Android flagship.
Удивился и порадовался этому обзору. Удивлён потому-что пользуюсь обоими смартфонами S23 Ultra и One+11 16/256. Оба телефона радуют. Отдаю предпочтение Самсунгу, в моей работе SPen очень удобная вещь, но телефон большой и как-будто неповротливый , особенно в кармане любых штанов)) One+ компактный, очень шустрый и играть в любимый Wrecfest мне больше нравится на нём. А зарядное устройство просто огонь!) (у меня версия на 100 w) Моя оценка: Самсунг - 100 баллов, Китаец - 99.9 балов. )))
its just disapointing that androids cant hold apps in the background with 16gb of ram when an iphone with 6gb can hold better. why cant they just give less ram and optimize the ram properly
This is because they have completely different operating systems and optimization. Although Samsung looks very fast in this video, there will be slowdowns and hangups after 1 year.
@enes you're still living in 2014 I see. Have you used any android flagship recently? Highly doubt that. Using both, I can hardly notice a difference. In fact, I notice more bugs and little lag on my IPhone.

So sad to see the oneplus take such a backstep on the display. It uses to be up there in color with samsung snd brightness also resolution. I hate this direction from them its like they didnt even try and went we will just charge less.
I am getting the S23 Ultra 12/256 about 90 Usd more than Oneplus 12 16/512, both brand new. Which one should I go for?? I know cameras are better on Samsung but I prioritise more on the battery life, performace during heavy gaming and tasks, and overall system stability over the years. Please help!!!
8:23 yeah i Saw it that was faster on the right in the second time i think this happend sometimes with apps that the first time You Open them kinda goes slower but once You Open it goes better after.
nick, how can you forget to turn on performance mode on oneplus. at 9:50 my oneplus 11 scores 2000 single core performance. Your comparison is not fair.
i dont know if he put it to the max resolution in settings... but you can do 1080p or 1440p on the oneplus but you have to force it to 1440p in settings its default 1080p
I'm so tired of the Samsungs squared sharp corners. They've had that same design since the Note10. IMO lb for lb the OP11 is the best phone in the market.

Great content. As for the s23 ultra. It also has a power boost for games. I use it while playing words with m. Can't for get about Dex. Yes the s23 ultra cost more, but you also get more. And if you go through a carrier like I do (T mobile), then it's much easier to afford. If you think about it, I was paying 50 bucks a month for my note20 ultra. Upgraded to the s23 ultra in phantom black and my payment went up only 7 bucks.
@@nickackermanchannel one sec , I also have S23 , could you tell me how much its battery back up? I am getting much lower than S23 ultra. At least 2 hrs less than S23 ultra and mysterious idle battery drain (15%) at night on S23. Could you confirm me about your experience?
