I really love your reviews. You seem like a really intelligent guy and are very perceptive, and you really get to the issues that do matter when comparing these tablets. It's a real pleasure to listen to your reviews here on RU-vid. Thank you!
Hi, I want a tablet for notes, watching videos and reading PDF files, so mainly for study purposes. I don't care about camera at all. I also don't play games, maybe sometimes simple puzzle games. I also want it to last as long as possible. I will use it at home only. What do you recommend ? Do you think the FE will be good enough for me?
I recommend for future videos that you specify IPS LCD, Mini LED LCD, VA LCD, TFT LCD, TN LCD, etc because otherwise most people who don't know any better will think that IPS and LCD are two completely different things. Details matter and it's important to educate consumers.
Can you please tell whether fe has tft lcd or IPS lcd? Does it have any black crush issues and how do night or dark movie scenes look on this tab s9 fe? Along with note taking and reading, I was considering it for media consumption and binge watching but the screen should be lcd as amoled gives me headache and vision problems.
Just got on July 6th S9FE and loving it. Have the keyboard. Loud. I live with others in a condo. Love it gives less blue radiation then Amolet display. All I need is 90 Hz. On my galaxy S23 I always have it on 60 Hz refresh rate most of the time.
S9 FE price is more affordable but this round i think i will get S9 instead. FE is nice now not until it starts to feel laggy because that's what I am experiencing on the S6 lite right now.
Great review! I just have some questions regarding the USB-C 2.0 on Galaxy Tab S9 FE, I'm well aware that you can't push out external display to an external monitor or such, but can you still use it with an additional (third-party) dongle USB-C for adding OTG Wireless mouse, keyboard, or memory/SD Card reader, etc in Tab S9 FE? Because I haven't seen a review for that and I'm still in the process of choosing which should I buy.... thanks a lot!
Hiii, I can't decide between the s9 or s9fe, I'll mainly use it for school work (notetaking, reading, downloading books) and media consumption. I kinda want it to replace a laptop. What would you recommend?
Heyy, thanks for the great review! Im considering between the S9FE+ or the S9, I can get a great deal on both (S9FE+ for €489 and S9 for €640). I would need the tablet for light photo editing, media consumption, writing/reading, drawing, but in the longterm maybe as laptop replacement for uni as my laptop is getting older too. And I was wondering if the samsung s9FE+ is fine or that for a 140e difference I can better go with the S9?
Hey Ivan, how much is the difference between s9+(quad) + vs s9 fe+ (dual) speakers quality ? Is S9 fe + dual speakers good enough for multimedia consumption?
I love my tab s9 fe ❤❤❤ watched your videos too see if I should upgrade from my tab s6 lite. So n glad I did. I use my tab s9fe for my writing when I don't have my laptop. And I use it for watching RU-vid and other shows. ❤❤❤ thank you.
@ZeeZeeOni it's pretty good, I love it. But I take pics more on my galaxy S23 more than my tablet. But it's really good. Compared to my old tab S6 lite
@@AnneMarie-kay the reason I need a tab is for school (taking notes, reading ang zoom). Most importantly, i watch lots of movies so the screen is very important to me
@@ZeeZeeOni I highly recommend this tablet then. It's amazing, I have been using it now for a week & I love it. I use Google docs on your tab 9 fe for writing my novel when I'm in bed and not wanting to be on my laptop.
Hello, I'm new to the channel but I would like to ask a question, my specification for a tablet is to be able to work with something like Photoshop and photo manipulation, what would be the best tab? Tab s9, Tab s9 FE, Tab s9 FE+? Thanks in advance for your attention
Anyone has experience using insta360 app on the s9 FE? Should i get the S9 to edit with the insta360 app or would the s9 FE work? Thanks in advance for any feedback.
Hi, I want a tab to take notes in class and see videos, could the tab 9 FE be a good option or for the difference of prices, should I try to buy the tab 9?
I have samsung galaxy tab A6 10.1 with s pen from 2016,For the last 8 years I have been using it.I use it to watch movies,RU-vid videos, movie downloading and studying. Still it has strong battery life even with heavy usage , it's battery usually last for 2 or 3days with single charge..Although I want to change into a modern device like s9fe or s9 I scared that their battery will not last for a day with such a heavy usage.😂 I know now my old device is an antic and out of fashion,so I want to buy a newone also😂😂but same time don't want to charge a new device 7 or 8 hourly per a day..
Thank you so much for making this video. I really appreciate it. The only thing that keeps me from buying the regular S 9 tablet is I cannot put a data plan on it so for that reason, I will not get it. I’m so disappointed that Samsung will not make a smaller tablet that I can put data plan on it. Hope you have a wonderful day. And thank you for making the videos.
I Want to replace my tab s6 lite due to lag... I will mainly use it for my work ( google drive, note taking, pdf ) and media and reading, so no gaming. Would you recommend a tab S9FE or tab s9. My main concern is I want no lag. i'll appreciate any reply
Yes I would recommend the Tab S9FE. Keep in mind however that if you're dealing with extremely heavy files from your Google drive, you mind still encounter some lag, to avoid all of that, you can always consider the flagship one if your budget permits
Great review as always! 1 - Can you confirm the colour range sRGB between those two tablets? 2 - Regarding the performance from 6gb ram to 8gb ram, is it very noticeable just by navigating the OS? I imagine this is more relevant during split screen and Dex mode. Thanks for your very informative videos!
Thanks. Yea wanted to keep the video as specs”less” as possible. I source that I personally know tested and found the S9 well over 110% sRGB of the gamut, in natural mode and just about 100% coverage on the S9FE. As far as RAM, light/medium level of work of daily usage, not much to notice, but most definitely noticeable when you go heavy
I had a Tablet for some months back in 2018 but realised I was way too used to a laptop, so I gave it away. These days, I thought of how I am not using the laptop anymore because it is too chunky and I prefer using my phone to check things. However, my s9e phone is not big enough for certain things. All of this brought me to the idea that a tablet my help. For the heavy work and if I have mails to write I will use the laptop but for everything else I wonder if it would be better to use a tablet. Things like Excell, RU-vid, one or two house drawing programs. So I wonder if the S9 is not an overkill for what I need? On the otherside the better it is the more you have but again I am not an artist.... questions...decisions...
