The cpu core's of your phone are older than smart watch cpu core's, this why you can't compare iPhone with 6 core's with android have 8 core's , about ram the system is able to reserve an area of memory Ufs and convert it to Ram

Its a very Great deal. But remember its not all like other watches, it only lasts battery upto 1-2 days of Charge. Same you need to charge it as a phone. Because its android based smartwatch, uses more battery. But it has extreme health features which are useful. Remember things like build quality, display are premium 👍 or better wait, you will get better deals on Watch 5 too in future.
