Nice video. A couple of more tips. 1. You can create folders on the app screen. 2. You can add the GBoard. I do this because right on the main keyboard, you have a voice button. That's much easier than typing.
So helpful! I buy tech then sometimes don't set up because there's so many features. This video clearly helped me do all the important first steps. Fantastic!
I've had my Galaxy Watch 6 classic silver for a few days. And I am absolutely pleased with the return of the bezel! The battery life has been fantastic, and it is still learning my usage. Thank you, Samsung! I'm good for at least 2 to 3 iterations.
I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, just got it this morning. I'm returning it because you can't play music from the watch anymore, like on the gs3.. HAVE to be paired with another output besides the watch. 😪😒
Really good tips and tricks. I've only had my Galaxy Watch 6 Classic a few days and I love it. But for me it takes awhile to figure out what features it has. Loved the tip on putting Google Assistant on my watch. Its a cool feature when I wanna show off what my watch can do!
As a newbie to smart watches I didn't know where to start with all the features - this was so helpful! Also appreciate that you spoke clearly and at a good pace! Just subscribed!
Getting my first smartwatch (the 6 classic) in 2 days and also really appreciating this!! Definitely going to have to re watch when I get it though haha
Just got this watch today, 47 mm LTE version. It replaced a Fossil smart watch that just wouldn't work correctly. The Galaxy 6 is working flawlessly; absolutely love it. Couldn't be happier.
I've had my Watch 6 Classic in Silver for a couple days. Liking it so far. Put a Ringke bezel on it to change up the look and purchased a silver metal watch band. Loving that "more classic" look👌🏾
@@shiblyraihan8027 I purchased the Pencoda No Gaps Band from Amazon. Currently selling for $16.looks good and seems durable. Just a little tricky to removed band links to resize.
Ordered the fold 5 and two watch 6 classic. Thought i got the 47mm but ended up woth the 44mm or 43mm cant remember which one. Worried about the battery life. I have the watch 5 40mm and 44mm and the batter on the smaller one was a little short for me. Hoepfully it last atleast 2 days
@kwalletje99 not in the slightest. Used two trade ins phone and watch, which gave me 1250 off the top, military discount was another 270 or 300 off, rakuten gave me 12% back which I get that back in amex MR points for travel, plus the Credit Card I used had a deal for samsung which gave me another 150 back off any ssung purchase over 500. So in total out of pocket I spent around 500-600 and that's with a value of 1cent per point for the amex points when I generally get a return on those of around 2.5 cent per point. It's called stacking deals.
I got my Silver 47mm GW6 Classic yesterday, still setting everything up & getting use to things, was glad to find your video 😊👏 I'm really happy with my purchase, this is my first top quality smart watch
Pro tip. Go into Advanced settings. Under gestures you'll see a wrist flick gesture option. Use the third option and you can set up the gesture as if you have a third custom button. I have mine set up to open Google Wallet. It's pretty nice.
My notification is a bit laggy. If a message comes in the whatsapp, and if I look at the watch face, it's a 50/50 chance that msg will show up on the watch face 😢😢
Got the 6 classic and love it. Was so worried about the battery life but it is very good. I really don't see a difference compared to the 5 pro. I also ordered a 6 because it feels much lighter. This will be perfect to switch out when I'm exercising. The 6 classic is too nice to wear to the gym.
haha suddenly i find my 5 pro kinda ugly after receive and compare it to my new 6 classic. ya rotating bezel ftw !!! battery wise, 5 pro still outlasts the 6 (47mm) but i'm not so worried since charging it is kinda fast.
Just did a trade in on my gear s3 and got a 6 for 95 bucks with my discount. Preferred the regular after having this bulky gear for 7 years, the rotating bezel was always cumbersome and didnt do much for me.
Hello, I was wondering if you could help me with a question I have regarding the 6 classic. I noticed that I'm unable to view videos from messenger or other apps as well as audio clips. I'm I doing something wrong, or is it not able to receive them? Figured I'd ask since it seems you have experience with it. Thanks
Hey, Technically Alex. I have body comp, ECG, irregular heartbeat, temperature etc. but for whatever reason I can't figure out how to get blood pressure on my Watch 6 Classic. Can you help me out or do you have a video made for that?
How have you found the watch 6 over the past 11 months? I used to have the moto 360. Actually I still have it but it stopped charging at all after just 2 years. I had the same issue with the second gen moto 360 and then gave up on them and wear os and got a fitbit. But finally planning to go back to wear os with the galaxy watch 6 while it's on sale.
Just looking for some info, I change from 4 classic to 6 classic. I got all my apps from backup but they went into app list on the watch not the app drawer. Tried to send them to app drawer but no joy. Any new apps I download go straight to the app drawer. I suppose I could delete all apps and redownload them. Just wondering if there is an easier way
I like Bixby. You know it might not be the best at answering simple questions, but it's incredibly powerful when it comes to routines and device control. I don't think people bother to take the time to get to know it.
I had plenty of time to get to know it. And by far as far an assistant goes, it's worse than siri. For what you said you like it for, yeh it does those but that's mainly because it's a samsung tool designed for the samsung phone so yeh it's going to be good at device control. Sure answering simple questions is ok, but majority of people who use the assistant use it for more and Bixby just can't hack all that yet. Besides.... The watch is using WearOS by Google...Using an assistant that isn't native to the OS isn't natural.
@@innocent208 I mean you're absolutely incorrect considering majority of things in America is from outside America and Americans appreciate it massively. Your statement is more closed minded than the point you're trying to make.
American have never embraced other technologies. If someone comes up with something they gonna criticise it like it's the end If the world. They only thing they have accepted is Sony PlayStation because they don't have anything better than that 🤷
@@innocent208 Mhmm spoken like someone who lives in their opinion rather than facts. Hmm let's see what are the most popular vehicles. Japanese. TVs? All Asian. Plus so many more. your comments are ignorance at it's finest.
Because the screen is kind' a small to type on and the majority of people who have a Samsung watch will have a S-Something with a stylus - be nice though :)
Thank you for doing this video off the wrist. Just came from another video painfully explaining basic smartwatch functions but awkwardly kept the watch on his wrist.
I hope you get this message. Your video was very helpful. Thank you, I saw that you have on your watch a blood pressure app, where do I get it and how do I download it? I would appreciate your response. Thank you in advance.
Google assistant for watch 4 and now watch 6 tells me it is not supported in my country. But I can get google assistant on my samsung phone a71 and now a54 what can be the problem?
I have the watch 4 and added the Google keyboard. Then when I want to answer a message I get I click on the mic on the keyboard and use voice to text to reply. It's easier than using quick replies
Can you tell me how to punctuate on talk to text on this watch. On my phone it does it by saying the word period or question mark. On the watch it types the word period instead of the punctuation. It's very annoying
I got my 44mm watch 6 yesterday. I traded in my watch 4 classic through samsung instead of t mobile. Do I need to take it in to activate to my old line? I did the set up but dont know if its running off my home and phone wifi
Hi, i see that you have ECG and blood pressure but that is not available on my watch or the phone ( Note 20 Ultra ). I have Samsung health but i can't find Samsung Health Monitor. Any tips or advices, not sure if it's region restricted
I'm pretty much sure ECG it's restricted to countries which have been already approved by their FDA equivalent. If I were you I'd try a VPN and let's say, set It up to Germany, for instance.
The fact that it requires a Samsung phone to be able to use it's full potential is annoying af. I had Xiaomi watches that did more for less, i don't want to move to Samsung phones, no charger, the UI is outdated, it charges in ages, my Xiaomi 13 Pro goes from 0 to 100% in less than 20 minutes, i've got reverse wireless charging that works better than Samsung's wired one. And the list can continue...
Hi 1st of all sry for English but's it's not my native language. 2nd I got GW 6 classic 47 mm LTE and I cant instal google assistant. I dont see it on google shop. Any idea why ? Please help me, thanks
