What do you get when you turn Urza into a spellslinger -- Galazeth Prismari, the Elder Dragon. This is a spellslinger commander with an artifact twist. This is actually the fair version of Urza without a builtin win condition and an extra color to boot. This deck is what the Prismari is all about, but flashy spells, let's see if we can get there.

I would highly suggest adding Toggo, Goblin Weaponsmith to the deck. You basically create a mana rock every turn with your Commander out.

Sweet deck! Blatant thievery, acquire, bribery, insurrection, expropriate are great fatty sorceries for this list. Cool stuff, and at least that's nicer than winter orb

@Nyakes, it's cool, not all commanders appeal to all players, the deck is definitely weaker than Urza. Yes, I will be opening a box of MH2, not a collector's box because the prices are too insane for those (I'll just buy singles for my Azusa deck).

Read finale of rev again :) if x is +10, shuffle your gy into your library, draw x and untap 5 lands. You had way more value that turn

@Mark Kesavan Ramani, I've replaced all my Hullbreachers with basic lands or a mana dork. So, in this case, basic Island (you can always use more lands).

@Joey Gorman, I doubt it because EDH usually has lots of creatures to block it. It's only good in the first 2 turns of the game.

@tendo339, There's a handful of win conditions in the deck like Crackle with Power, Niv-Mizzet, etc. This deck is all about quickly going through the deck with spells then winning from there.

So I noticed someone pointing out this in the comments, and first off, it’s a very decent deck, good work. However, I agree that it is very bland. It’s very “insert staple here for ~85-95% of the deck” and “spellslinger” is a generous term. I don’t see where you couldn’t just take out Galazeth and replace him with any legendary Izzet commander and it run fundamentally any differently. The majority of the deck works around enchantments and creatures that, added together, would make a beginner level deck work but misses the mark for a spellslinger deck. Additionally, I don’t see where the win condition comes in. Galazeth doesn’t have the power/toughness to drop someone and there isn’t any instant/sorcery buffs to aid in that kind of strat. You mention something about milling someone out with the “target player draws two” spell but there isn’t a viable or consistent support for that either. Frankly it just seems that this deck is lacking a win con that would bring it out of the bottom 10%. Do you have play footage for how this goes up against other decks in practice vs theory?

Spellslinger decks do have a lot of cards in common with other Izzet decks due to the nature of how Spellslingers work. Spellslinger decks only require a small number of win conditions because of deck card velocity. Win cons are usually Talrand, Niv-Mizzet, Shark Typoon, Urza, and Saheeli. With my Galazeth build, I have more big mana spells because of the additional treasures.
