2.5 Ibs Beef short ribs bone on
1 small Korean radish ~ 1 Ib halved
1 yellow onion halved
3 scallions cut into thirds
5 cloves of garlic smashed
12 cups water
5 tbsp gochugaru red chili powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp sesame oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
2 eggs
Starch noodles (optional)
