We're going adventuring with the new MTG DND Commander decks! Which of these new commanders are you the most excited for? (One of them is OBVIOUSLY busted 😂)
26:08 When resolving Dance Macabre, the sacrificed commanders are legal choices to be returned to the battlefield under McMillan's control. Players cannot choose to put it in the command zone until Dance Macabre has finish resolving. When a commander dies, a state-base effect will allow its owner to put it in the command zone. State-base are not checked in the middle of a card resolution. Even with 1, the total toughness would have allowed a commander to reenter under McMillan's side of the field.
I’ve just started playing MTG a couple of weeks ago, your content is really helpful for the uninitiated! all I want to say is you guys are insightful and fun to watch! Thank you!
Would love to see these decks beefed up a bit more and replayed. Building Prosper myself and he just seems really good. Me and my boys love your content. Keep up the good work and keep making those videos. Thanks!
Great win, Mac! Generating so much value early on, and just a powerhouse until the end. Gabriel, feel your pain with the venture mechanic, it's difficult to get / keep pieces out to make it worthwhile. Thoroughly entertaining gameplay! You guys rock!
Loving these precon upgrade videos, a great insight into how these decks could play! I own these commanders and Breena, so this video is very helpful to me.
Loved the last upgrade battle and I'm sure I'll like this one too : ) I grabbed Galea partially for my existing equipment deck but also because I have extra Bant enchantress cards from MH2, and I think it's a pretty solid looking precon.
Love that Prosper won! Also, Mac missed a Prosper trigger, and played rebound on Fevered Suspicion wrongly - spell wasn't cast from hand, so it wouldn't have rebounded.
Nice video you guys! I'm currently waiting to get Planar Portal and the cards I bought to upgrade the deck, and it's totally the type of game I want to play with Prosper ;)
Today I played against prosper. And it was the same thing 3v1. First game we successfully kill him before it was too crazy. Second one he one . Not fan of these color combination normally but was really impressed by this deck.
epic game! no other channel show me the true potencial so well, except for the Sefris one, all the time people focus on the deck who just wants to go deep in the dungeon =(
always so much fun to watch you guys! :) Will SpellTable - Games come in the near future as long as the corona situation in singapore doesn't allow for in person EDH Gameplay? Stay safe lads!
We're taking this time to make big changes to our filming setup and processes - and get vaccinated. Unfortunately Spelltable isn't an option schedule and location issues :/
Prosper player seemed to forget many end-step triggers, or did I miss them? Great game. Prosper's only competition among the AFR precons is Vrondiss, and I don't think even that's real close. THanks for the video!
I love the charisma between your group. I hope you can declare the mana colour you tab for, this way it feels the cards you about to play next more suspensive. Keep up the good work ^_^
Could Esmond have kingmade Matthew there? He could have forced the Brash taunter activation to kill him because theater wasn't enough since Galea could have tapped to deal one damage and gained him a life, unless he had hexproof in that pile of auras and equipments in which case I think he could have actually won. Hard to tell. Great video! Sol Ring is a good card especially with 4 mana commanders that cost 2 colorless
Does Matthew follow Stephen Green? I'm sure those two could become good friends quickly. Both avid mono red players and have a nemesis at their table :p
How bresh taunter can block and a dragon 10/10 without flying ? 41min54. I dont understand... I want to begin in commander and looking for a precon 😊 Thanks for the video
I thought so, but I honestly wasn’t sure. I didn’t know if the rule would be different since it had been cast from his deck as opposed to being stolen from his battlefield or reanimated from his graveyard.
When brash taunter blocked Purphoros with trample from Xenagos combat trigger, it should have only received 1 damage with the rest trampling over and only triggering for one damage to the face, not 14. Big misplay that cost the targeted player 13 extra life.
