Love that Rupp is starting to open up more and getting comfortable doing interviews. Great race today Galen- pumped to know our best guy is back in great form!
Conor Reilly well, he was a pretty good coach for galen rupp. Maybe not so much in terms of personal values or coaching women, but it's undeniable that he really helped out rupp a ton.
I hate when dopes win. Everyone cheers Rup for "winning" and they tend to forget his connection with Salazar and his previews doping allegations. It's like watching Lance Armstrong's story repeat itself over and over.
@@olivierforest3719 I don't agree with you at all. Rup, just like Armstrong in his day, has Nike covering his back at all times. Did you even see how many Nike employees Rup had with him once he finished the race? They followed him everywhere, even during press conferences, perhaps just making sure he didn't say too much or too little. Armstrong was the same. Everytime he faced accusations of doping, it was Nike doing all his defending and him doing all the talking. Nike even published a freaking comertial about doping, with Lance, during the period Lance doped the most. So I wouldn't be surprised if it's the same story with Rup. I wouldn't even be surprised if secretly, Salazar is still coaching Rup. Nike doesn't care about morality or even the sport, all they cared about is winning, because winning is profit and profit is money.
I bet you think Jake is clean don’t you. He’s not Nike and he trains alone so he MUST be clean. People like you disgust me. Innocent until proven guilty buddy. NOP athletes were tested more than any other club in the world, 18 times a year. Meanwhile East Africans are testing positive every day in a system much easier to cheat but you want to sit here and hate on our own people working their asses off to beat a continent of dopers. Smh.
