Awesome bay and sound boat for me on the north folk of Long Island. Love how Galeon has those cockpit wings. Great job Captain Shelley on explaining the features of this yacht.
That is an absolutely beautiful boat. Well done Captain Shelley and team for this great inspection video. That woodwork in the cabin and heads compartment really is both beautiful and awe inspiring on how they curved the wood that well.
(a) don't mind the "premiere" announcement at all... as long as it's coming the next day or so.. (b) love the stand-up shower in the head.. big+ for a boat this size... (c) would like to have seen the bolster in place for the rear berth... thanks for the review!
So many practical and enjoyable features, I wish I was a fan of this design direction. Pack all those things into a down easter and you'd have me ... well, if my bankroll allowed, that is.
I’d like to see a comparison between this and the Sea Ray 370 OB. They look much the same. Which has the edge? Better fit and finish? Better construction? Then how does the price compare? They are literally the same design.
@@BoatTEST Thanks so much for making me aware of your compare feature and providing a link to directly compare the 2. One big difference is the draft… they are miles apart. Are you sure about that measurement on the Galeon?
Nice presentation, but I would have added how the cabin could be closed in for foul weather, you mentioned it but did not show how that would be accomplished.
Galeon are really not expensive for what they offer compared to the more 'premium' brands. Also they usually manage to fit more clever useable space into their boats
LOL To be saying that.... either you're a multi-millionaire and own something like a 100ft+ Lurssen, or else (which I'm guessing is more likely) you have .......no boat at all! Either way you obviously don't know much about boats.
