Most people wouldn't know what the mast and rigging are for these days so I guess diesel or gas drive engines OK. Sad though having a fake rigged sailing ship just for tourist. I doubt that it is even a wood ship.
In the past, large ships like this one were towed in and out of port by rowboats and waited for the right tides for each case. Today, these entries and exits are made with auxiliary motors. The rest of the navigation on the high seas is done with sails. Today you have learned something you didn't know, in addition to the fact of asking when you don't know, instead of stating.
Where's it coming from, err let's see, the Spanish flag at the rear should give it away, don't they teach anything in schools these days? Where's the Armada?
