Starting from Bourg d'Oisans, this is the ascent of the Galibier via the Lautaret and part of the Deux Alpes climb via Mont de Lans. Pretty doable (never much steeper than 10%, avg round 6%), although the total climb is around 42 kilometers in length.
The scenery is beautiful, even though the road from Bourg d'Oisans to the Lautaret is quite heavy on traffic. Don't forget to bring at least a rear light for safety in the tunnels.
