the real rpoblem with gallantmon is that the lv6s are cracked but they have awful inheritables. BT12 gallantmon would be ban worthy if it had access to stuff like piercing, unsuspend, or alliance. instead of that , half his lv5's dont have inheritables and a he cant have a second piece searcher while red hybrids have 2 and a draw roockie.
The 3 Gallantmon bt13 i have are in my RK deck so using gallantmon EX2 it works well and all the d-police aka blackwargreymon with big guns hate playing this deck of mine.
Honestly though, I think the price tag is justified. Yeah, it is expensive, but I play bt13 gallant in like 5 different decks. I only own 3 copies, I just float them back and forth. But I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of them
Not to be offensive but your list seems like the old BT9 list. Hide in raising to do something. Blackgrowlmon is a must, even if your deck isn't mill to get consistency, its a 2 cost 2 card search, similar to trainings. Also lets be honest, 8 lvl 6 cards is a pitfall to be bricky as hell. Also zero crimson blazes in the current meta?...
I do agree with one of the things you said. This deck does feel very similar to the bt9 list. It is a deck where you hide in raising for a turn or two, pull out turn 3 and win the game. There's nothing wrong with that playstyle and there's a reason it's so successful even to this day. When you look at it, fenrirlooga, Jesmon otk, raid wargrey, and many more just follow that same strategy from the bt9 meta
8 lv6's actually make a lot of sense considering you can warp into 6 of them, and 2 of them are pseudo lv7's because you are never digivolving' into them from lv5. Also 2 of your lv6's you can just hard play for hella cheap in the midgame Crimson Blaze was something I was very heavily considering, but I didn't have the room. The only change Id make is trying to find room for 2
