Follow soldier lady Ellen Ripley as she crashes on some planet and fight some critters in a prison compound or some sh'.
Gameplay involves making your way through the compound, finding equipment, solving puzzles, and fighting the aliens. Main objective is to destroy the eggs as they continue to spawn more alien critters.
This longplay destroys all the alien critters and the queen bitch while trying to find many items. Most of the time is spent waiting for the aliens to respawn. -

Always found it interesting that the Game Boy got an entirely unique version of Alien 3. Every other version was a side-scrolling platformer.

There was also the weird rail-shooter arcade game, but yeah. And the SNES version is also a unique game compared to all other versions (despite being another side-scroller), which is another oddity. Most of them share the same base as the Mega Drive version, including the same level designs -- but there are outliers.

From ET school of gaming, Alien3. I had absolutely no idea about what I was supposed to do in this game; i didn't even find half the things I was supposed to interact with.

Amazing Game. But i never managed to survive. I wished the Old Gameboy would be able to make savegames as i played those games in the past. It was near impossible to finish any game.

I'm proud of my little self. I played this when I was a kid, maybe eight, and I lost interest in it real quick. Today, as an adult, I come to check what I was supposed to do in this game, and see it's complete BS with you having to check unmarked corners for critical items and unclear objectives while you mow down an every respawning stream of Aliens as if it were no thing. Complete with lackluster ending, I'm glad I spent playing other things instead. This is one game for the AVGN.
