I’m afraid it’s gonna take a lot of money to keep him. Keep in mind the reds player payroll is only 70 million. The Mets payroll was something like 240million.

Please never switch to this new C logo on Red’s hats. It is awful and the original C is timeless, classy, and perfect. These black uniforms are neat and look good, but that new C logo is trash.
The Reds and Cubs contend all year for the division and are not in the playoffs . Meanwhile , mediocre teams , Diamondbacks and Phillies , who both finish 15 games out of first place , are in the playoffs . Something is terribly wrong with this scenario . We need Joe Torre or Dusty Baker as the new commissioner . The Reds and the Cubs are much better teams than the Diamondbacks and the Phillies . I hope both of them teams get swept in the playoffs because they don't belong in it .
Reds aren’t gonna be able to afford De La Cruz. They aren’t going to be able to afford all the rookie phenoms they have. Now they are still under minor league contracts. De La Cruz is getting paid $67,000. I don’t see him staying. Not unless he is like votto, but unlikely.
@@jerry5181 In your dreams…Reds are having a good season no doubt but if Atlanta keeps playing the way they are now you better hope they don’t run into the Braves.
