I was too frustrated with Dany’s “arc” this season to be anything but numb when she died, but I definitely broke at Drogon giving her the Bambi treatment. And I was totally bawling at Brienne recording Jaime’s deeds, too. He may have failed spectacularly at the last hurdle, but he died a true Knight of the Kingsguard.

Thank you for letting us share this journey with you. Your passion has been very real and your pain is shared. Many other people turned on Daenerys (few would argue that her actions were justified) but I respect you for sticking with her. It was heartbreaking to see you react to her death. Again, thank you for sharing your emotional journey with us. I hope we collectively made it a better journey.

I feel with you. I loved Dany since the beginning and supported her the whole time. I always knew she will die at the end but what they did to her is awful. The writers know that they could not let her win the game so that is the only reason why they made her evil. It still makes no sense for me what she did and that is not the Daenerys we saw the last 7 Seasons. She died as an evil and mad Queen but she deserve much more than this end after all she did and after all she suffered!!!

When you think about it, Bran is the best choice to be the first king of essentially a world reborn. Jon knows nothing, while Bran can know everything. Seriously, imagine a leader who can look into the past, see everything every previous king had done, right or wrong, and make wise decisions based on that knowledge. And if he were to sit in judgment over someone, he can actually see that person's guilt or innocence. To him, it isn't about power. It's about responsibility. What he can see makes him the wisest person in the realms of men. As to Jon... He is both nights watch and King beyond the wall. The wildlings are united under him. The Real North is vast, and with the dead gone with no Night King, as we saw, as the long winter won't happen, it will bloom again. And if there are any Children of the Forest still alive, they can return in peace. Jon is where he needs to be. His exile saved thousands of lives. Grey Worm has taken the unsullied to Naath, where he will see his promise to Misande honord: He will protect her people, And the unsullied can know peace unless someone comes along to threaten it. Sansa will lead the North well as Queen. And there is even plenty of room for expansion beyond the wall. And to the places Arya will discover on her journeys. So the realm has the cleanest new beginning it can get. Under Dany, it would have been war unending. It may not have been that bad under Jon, but again, his reign would have been based on lineage and therefore the wheel would remain unbroken. Remember Tywin's lesson to Tomen about what makes a good king? Wisdom was the characteristic that was determined the most important. Like I said, Bran has the wisdom of the ages. He has shed no blood. He is not motivated by anger or a desire for conquest. He can lead, not just rule.

I really felt your pain with this one. I knew you wouldn't be happy with the death of Dany. I loved your reaction in the previous video of that epic shot with Drogon's wings behind her. I did have a theory that the reason why Drogon's taken Dany's body is because he knows of some way or someone who could bring her back to life.

When we're old, I am convinced, we will remember the good times we had together. The books, the show, the reactors. Seriously, now at my age of 46 I look back and find myself having invested big chunks of my heart just for this show. Now: emptiness.

I love that danis vision in season 2 was a foreshadow to her own death.. and she just didnt know She reached for the throne, before she touches it she is thrown to the the wall and exits to the north. Then when she enters the tent in the north its drogo and her baby.. Literally touch the thrown, then get killed by jon(the true north), then die and get carried off by drogon, who is a literal representation of both drogo and her baby

Drogon understood that it was pursuit of the Iron Throne that led to his mother's death, and he refused to let anyone else sit on it.

She broke the wheel. Her purpose was served. So was Aegon's.

Let's list all of the shitty choices and logic in this season : *Ignoring any buildup of Danys personality and making her crack way to fast.* *When drogon burned the throne (and this is from the scripts) it wasn't because he understood the throne was bad, it was just a bystander in his rage, no point in doing it he is just mad.* *Why is there a knights watch? The white walkers are dead and the freefolk have no reason to attack.* *Why was bran not okay with being Lord of winterfell but cool with being king of everything.* *Why didn't Bran use his weird Raven power to do like, anything at all.* *Why did greyworm and the rest of the Dany followers just like shrug off her death and go on their marry way.* *Where did all the dothraki even come from I thought they were smoked in the long night.* *Seriously though almost everyone has a better story than bran the broken.* *The only reason bran makes any sense is because he has an unbias sense of I guess what is best for the land.* *If he knows what's best for the land why didn't he warn anyone about anything that lead to Danys snap or whatever.* *Bran be like : I can see everything, but I'm not gonna tell anyone about how rhegal is gonna die in a sneak attack. I'm not telling anyone that this will lead also to missandi dying, I'm not telling anyone that Dany is gonna burn hundreds of innocent people, I'm just gonna let it all happen, because then they will appoint me as king even though I claim to not want anything "I can't be the Lord of anything" but you can be the KING.* *Again, bran disappeared for a whole season, lost any original personality and became weird, cold and uncaring about those around him, refused lordship, refused to use his magic to prevent any deaths that he should have seen coming. I would say Bran is evil but he isn't even on the spectrum of evil and good, he just is. Quiet and not deciding to share everything he knows could prevent genocide.* *Why did Jon tell people after being warned not to that he was a Targaryen? After he was told, you say something to anyone at all and it's all over everyone will know.* *Why did the biggest and most built up moment, the war between the dead and living last one episode and why did a majority of the characters make it out? Only to be killed or forgotten a few episodes later.* Add more if you can think of any

People were blinded by Danny's beauty and the triumph of the story of liberating slaves, but forgot the first prophecy about her (technically Rhaego but it was really for her): she was the stallion who mounts the world. The first prophecy about her was the true one all along. I loved Dany but she would have done terrible things. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

I found it quite alarming how they all just dismissed Sam's idea of a Democratic system where the ppl can choose who they want to follow, they were all really smug about it. I think Sam had the best idea, everyone should have a choice, instead a few ppl making decisions, but as you can see, these ppl feel like they and only they should make decisions about other ppl's future. They compared them to dogs and horses and just laughed it off. Disgusting. The Iron Throne is gone, yet you still make the decision for everyone and make another King lol what was the point of all this lol it makes no sense lol

Love how you cut out everything she said that forced Jon to have to kill her. We loved her, but she would have become a dictator. We all saw it coming a mile away. She got more egotistically driven as time went by. She could not handle losing power. She was complete void of any humility which as a seriously important trait. She had no one left that she could trust to keep her grounded. Jon had to kill her. He saved thousands of lives in doing so. Dany is a cautionary tale as to what happens when you descend too deep into the depths of your own ego. You drown and completely lose all ability to criticize yourself and honestly reflect on the morality of your actions. Morality is subjective and when people don't respect that and believe that everyone who doesn't have the same morals you do MUST be immoral and therefore are not as intrinsically valuable as you and people like you, cause all the conflicts of the world.

But this show wasn't about Dany. It was all about the Stark entitlement. So no wheel was broken. It'll just be the Starks who are now in charge instead of the Targaryens. So no wheel was broken, it'll just be the Stark wheel that turns. Fuck the others who were ruined and or destroyed in order for the Starks to win in the end. There's no Republic, that would have been that broken wheel. There are nothing but crooks, thieves, and treasonous asses who are now in charge. Nothing broken about that. The two that lost were Dany and Jon. As for Grey Worm, the Unsullied and The Dothraki..... Did they just shrug and say, "Oh well. Our Queen is dead...let's go on a cruise." Honestly I'd have expected more bloodshed. So in the end the Dothraki were neutered as much as the Unsullied and Missandei was killed for nothing. And for Bran, he's the Three Eyed Raven who is in charge. Not Brandon Stark. Given his powers you really want to let this guy rule who saw what Dany was going to do and did nothing to stop it? He manipulated everything. He didn't tell Jon and or Dany what was going to happen, therefore set everything in motion so Dany would die and Jon would be exiled. I'm not happy with any of it. And that petition you mocked George, was part of us telling HBO and Dan and Dave to go fuck themselves for this massive trashbag of garbage we got this season. And from what I've read of Emilia Clarke's reaction to this, she's not happy. Dany who was a liberator was turned into a dictator. She became Cersei, something she was never supposed to be. She was supposed to be the anti-Cersei. And Sansa that snitty little bitch, I hate her so much for the shade she gave Dany for no reason except Sansa had an agenda that did not include Dany. So Sansa can go suck balls for all I care. And Arya.... Little Miss overly powered assassin can go eff herself too. She's happy with Jon in exile all of a sudden. All of them good "Starks" turned their backs on Jon. In reality he was a true Stark because a bloodline is weaved matrilinially, not patrilinially. Therefore Jon is more damn Stark than any of them ever were through Lyanna. Dany being of true Targaryen blood had more right to that throne than any of them. Therefore the "Song of Ice and Fire" in Dany and Jon is more or less moot. There is no Ice and there is no Fire. So the whole thing basically was a big fugly ZERO in the end. All of that for nothing.
