I say if they're not good enough for the Africans then why the hell should the Irish put up with them? Or Europeans in general.... They're only fleeing because they caused trouble in their own lands anyway. Most of them have massive rap sheets. This is all about politicians lining their pockets with foreign money, just like he said in the video.
Foreign also means English. And notice he doesn't say foreignERS he's talking about the parasitic greedy landlords buying out properties often left empty or rented out for extortionate prices. Creating more homelessness more poverty more cramped living conditions and more inequality
It's ironic you saying that because there are actually more Irish people living outside of Ireland (mostly in the US and Canada) than there are Irish people in Ireland. How about all the Irish people go home and then you can complain about too many immigrants coming to Ireland? LOL
Here if you're the right shade you can get govt grants for education, public aid, welfare, food assistance, medicaid (national healthcare), housing assistance/section 8, Obama phone (free govt issue phone) and for every kid you have you get more and more.
liam cunningham was one of the first men to say let the migrants come to Ireland.Ian o doherthy called cunningham out on his bullshit on a live tv studio debate a few years back.
There are plenty of ghost estates in Ireland yet to be finished , that liam Cunningham is for every one coming into Ireland yes including the illegals. He was interviewed a few months ago and he wasnt very nice.
We ask those who join us to march with us in a great and hazardous adventure. We ask them to be prepared to sacrifice all, but to do so for no small and unworthy ends. We ask them to dedicate their lives to building in this country a movement of the modern age, which by its Irish expression shall transcend all as so often before in our history,. We ask them to rewrite the greatest pages of Irish history by finding for the spirit of their age its highest mission in this island. Neither to our friends nor to the country do we make any promises; not without struggle and ordeal will the future be won. Those who march with us will certainly face abuse, misunderstanding, bitter animosity, and possibly the ferocity of struggle and of danger. In return, we can only offer to them the deep belief that they are fighting that a great land may live. 🇮🇪
I am 5th generation American, but by genetics am 99% western Irish, 1% Scottish 1%brittish, and my soul desires to emigrate back to Ireland, how can I come home
You have better have a strong word with those responsible for housing Liam because like the UK the next few years your people are gonna need support with the numbers that will be arriving, courtesy of the WEF
Housing should have been a Constitutional right in the envisaged Irish Socialist Republic.. But that idea got diluted & erased to appease the English land owners..A Banana Republic that favours the exploitive rich over the true nations ppl was the result of ur Free State..I guess the matyrs never saw this coming.. Or why wud theyve bothered themselves 🤔
The Government is treating the people's wishes with apathy and complete contempt .. they do not care what the people who voted them into power or who pays their taxes cares ..😊
I find this very disturbing. Lots of Irish people migrated to America when Ireland was very poor, this country got lot of financial help from Europe. That was convenient at the time. These people are not migrating because they are bored at home. Most of them don't have a home any more and if they stayed in Ukraine, thay might die. Ireland is having migrants for many years: doctors, nurses, carers, cleaners, bus and truck drivers... many jobs where there was a need for people willing to do these jobs. Ukraine is a European country, where children are dying on daily bases. How about some compassion, as the Irish once received when they were in need?
I don't know about that and I don't comment. I am talking about Ukrainians, who are European, Christians, and they are leaving because of war. As about other type of refugees, coming just for a better life than yes, there should be some limits.
What was that compassion .Can you prove that no you can't the irish weren't welcomed any nor did we expect. The Irish built the countries they went to and work ed there way up by dint of hard work and pulling together despite facing nothing but hostility.
They were legal immigrants who were not put up in hotels but worked hard and done well everywhere they went there's no comparison to the dross that's arriving every day without passports.
We worked our way up in those countries, there is no comparison between people who work and those who get handouts. You’re argument holds no weight.Ireland has enough wasters we don’t need more.
Remember the Great Famine when millions of Irish fled the country up to as recent as the 1980s for better opportunities and helped spread Irish culture to all 4 corners of the world?
