Before I watch? I just watched the whole thing and I still couldn't tell you because anyone watching from a phone can't possibly read that tiny font.🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Conclusions from watching the words and screen time videos 1. Tyrion Lannister is the most important character on the show 2. Cersei has a lot of lines in comparison to her screen time 3. Jon Snow has very few lines in comparison to his screen time
For the most part Jon’s screen time is the show depicting the greater narrative . And also battle scenes. Makes sense though because his character in the book doesn’t talk much either
It's interesting to compare the spoken words graph to the screen time graph. Paints rather interesting pictures. For instance, Tirion was on screen for 40416 seconds, and spoke 27655 words, giving him an average of around 1 word every 1.46 seconds. Jon Snow, meanwhile was on screen almost as long (40365 seconds), but said a lot less (12592 words), averaging less than 1 word every 3 seconds. So even though they spent a similar amount of time on screen, Tirion is much more likely to be the one talking when he is, while Jon is much more likely to be either being talked at or just sitting there silently. Not exactly surprising for anyone who's seen the show, but it's interesting to see just how vast the difference is. How some of the other characters compare: Daenerys: about 1 word every 2.5 seconds. Cersei: about 1 word every 1.65 seconds (and when you consider how much time she spent staring silently out the window in later episodes...). Sansa: about 1 word every 2.8 seconds. Jaime: about 1 word every 2.08 seconds. Arya: about 1 word every 3.75 seconds. Varys: about 1 word every 2.13 seconds Littlefinger: about 1 word every 1.5 seconds.
No, peter is. Tyrion has also the most screentime, while peter doesn't have that big of a screentime, yet he managed to be in the top 4 up until the stupid writers messed up his character.
Guys, this is broken. My favorite character is Ned Stark and his bar freezes and disappears at some point. Boy, I can't wait to finish season 1 tonight.
Tyrion was GOT after Ned died and before S6........It's clear that no one can handle Tyrion better than GRRM. If not for Tyrion's storyline in S2 and Peter's acting, this show was as good as doomed after Sean's departure. This is even true for Book 2!!!!
Bran missed season 5 and when he is on screen in other season he is only giving those long creepy stares. The things he does say ar important but he dint had a lot of lines
Tyrion: *speaks roughly twice as much as the next highest ranking person* D&D: lol let's have him not be mentioned in the song of ice and fire cameo in the final episode
Only thing i'm interested about this video is WHO THE F COUNTED ALL THE WORDS?! Also kinda funny how Catelyn and Ned had almost the same amount of words.
To the entire HBO team, Bran the Broken is not only disappointing but flat out ridiculous considering this spoken word chart and the screen time video also. He isn't even on the list which puts him somewhere behind Bronn. Bronn??!!?? If we're being silly Grey Worm might as well had become ruler, that would have made more sense since he seemed to be in charge of KL at the end and deciding main characters fate and all.
I'm surprised Robert Baratheon stayed up there so long considering he's not even in it for a full season. lol. But other then that...yeah, this is pretty much what I was expecting.
we can conclude that The Lannister conquer the talk for the series.

After watching seconds played by characters, Tyrion talked 0.7 words/second, however Jon spoke 0.3. Grey Worm was right, not to allow Tyrion to speak in tle last episode.
