I’m watching this because my little brother was able to download a game I bought on my Nintendo Switch and we could both play at the same time and we done none of this, except my account is on his Nintendo Switch that’s all and his account is on mine.

Isn't it weird that the console sharing the eshop game has to be the secondary console? Can the sharing console (in your case the black one) stay as the primary one? And how can I add a 3rd console to the process then? Thanks in advance!

How does switch online work with this method? Do I need a family membership or because it’s technically on one Nintendo account can I just buy a single? I want both consoles to be able to play online together at the same time

This is convoluted and irresponsible. You'd have to trust that the new primary console can't be used aside from temporarily accessing the games the other users have, then deactivate after the play session so the first console becomes primary again.

This is the method I do with my brother, I pay for all the games and he downloads whatever he wants on his console. The only drawback I hate from this is that it means I (need) an internet connection just to start games on my Switch while he doesn't since my account is primary on his.

I try to do this method for playing with another switch, but everytime we try to play the game online together, we get an error, it's it says that we cannot play the same software at the same time, we can play offline, but not online. Is there a way to solve this??
