As the other guy said, MatPat made a two parter a few years back covering all the games up to pizzeria sim (or UCN, I haven't watched it in a while). Even though he doesn't talk about the newer games, I think it's pretty easy to tell which order they come in, especially since they all seem to take place after pizza sim: Fnaf: Special Delivery Fnaf: Help Wanted Fnaf: Security Breach

I'm convinced that the original writing was a was totally hodgepodge and they used all of the fan theories created by players trying to make sense of it all in order to fix and patch everything together
