As a person who works at a warehouse, I can tell you it wouldn’t work unless the jump was exact edges of the box which narrows the square inches down to the edges of the box and not his foot. The top of the box can only hold as much weight as what seals it shut can hold, whether tape, staples or glue. And if you turn that point on its side, the weak points only compound the problem as now you have two instead of one weak points. On top of that you now have flexible rather than rigid walls which deform the shape of the box from its ideal shape. Love your show!

Hi. I'm a professional box maker. (kill me) You made a big, massive mistake: NOBODY makes boxes that are this big, used for moving stuff, made of E flutes. (E has only a waveheight of 1.0-1.9 mm = Thickness, super flimsy and DEFINITELY not 0.45cm) They're either made of B, C or BC or maybe EB. (BC and EB is double walled stuff made of two different waves. Very common) In this case, just judging by the looks of it, I would say it is a C flute, with a grading of 1.30 to 1.50 and a waveheight of about 4mm. This material grading is what we use in Europe to specify the strength of the material, different from ECT but directly correlated. The ECT is independent of the kind if box-form used. (In this case it is a FEFCO 201) The first digit describes the "number of walls/"wavy things" and the last two are some arbitrary quality indicators. (Higher = better) Details can be found in lists provided by the manufacturer of the corrugated board. I found this one, it's in German, but the last column is ECT (Kantenstauchwiderstand) in kN/m. www.horn-verpackung.de/wellpapp-qualitaten Meaning that this box probably has a ECT of 4.5 to 6.5kN/m. (1.30 to 1.50) A way bigger mistake however is that mistook the ECT rating for PSI. This is false. It actually means per linear inch: "This is measured in pounds per lineal inch of load bearing edge (lb/in), but usually reported as an ECT value (for example, 44 ECT)." www.theboxery.com/ect.asp So... 4.5kN/m = 25.6lb/in and 6.5kN/m = 37.1lb/in. And that means to get PSI you need to include the waveheight and the thickness of the two top layers. A C-flute has a height of 3.1-4.0 mm and the two top layers add about 0.1mm so lets simply use 4mm. (C flute is usually more at the top end of this scale) 4 mm = 0.15748 in, using 1 ft as the foot length (why not) we get a area of 1.88976 in². (Lets forget the second foot since you always start with only one) Lets be generous and use the material grade 1.50 with 37.1 lb/in (PLI) to calculate the PSI. I think it is: 37.1 lb/in * 1.88976 in² = 70.110096 psi .... But I am tired, need to sleep. Since you have to remake the entire video anyway you could also try to find a better conversion from PLI to PSI. :P

Well considering a Majority of Act 3 is a dream, and the neighbor was able to build a house with puzzles like without issues, I think the character can step on cardboard boxes with no issues lol.
