@@Flawestruck holi I used your two techniques for alicia online but none of them helped me because when I open the game I get the image of a horse with a mounted girl after a while it comes out and I can't play you can find the problem please I mean, I open the game, an image appears after a while because it comes out and the game does not appear to play, please, I beg you to find the problem

When I start up AO, the bars fully fill up and the bar thing closes (idk what it’s called either lol) and all is left the AO user and password login. It says “startup...” but I don’t see anything but that.

Aye, it didnt work for me. I tried these fixes and restarting my computer. My issue is, when i let it load (the two bars) it would just NOT show up, it would just disappear. If someone has a fix, please help.. ;( edit: When ever i try to do the startup fix it tells me "Abort, Retry, Ignore" and when i try ignore on 20+ files it abviously doesnt work so i usually have to abort. URGHH this is annoying, anyone have any ideas?

@Dakota_ Myst Ive done the startup fix, reinstalled alicia 5+ times, and completly wiped alicia off my computer with those 5+ reinstalls. With-in 4-5 months.. :,/

Hi there! I'm having a problem with ao, it ran just fine until a few days ago, I tried logging on, it did the whole username thing then the place where you see the lady on the horse just before going to another loading screen to get into the game and then the screen closes and I see a small Gametree window pop up and it looks like it's trying to down load something but never does and another smaller screen pops up after that one and it says something in korean. Can someone please help me with this problem? I tried to reinstall it but something is wrong with the launcher. it just downloads and then it's done. It doesn't go threw the other steps.

Sadly I have no experience with this specific problem. What Windows version are you using? I can try to search around for any solutions. But you might want to ask them on their Facebook page or perhaps someone else will know the answer. Also, if you're able to, you could send me a screenshot of the Korean window and I can translate it to see what it says. I'm sorry I'm not much help.

I have the 90011 problem. I closed the program through the task manager and everything, but when I opened and tried logging in again the same error appeared. I really don't know what to do, tried reinstalling it, didn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This video is so old, but it worked so thank youuu!! Edit: i probably should have waited to be excited when it actually loaded into the game.. When i did this it did all of what it was supposed to but as soon as the red and orange lines came up it loaded fine, but then it closed and went back into the login place which was what i was trying to fix.. i cannot find any videos to help me with this so im doomed 😢 thank you for trying to help tho❤ Another edit: The servers are down nevermind! 😂 I probably should have checked that before.. Anywayyyy, Ill try this out when the servers are back up, I think it'll work 😅

I have a problem...Today I tried logging in. But It said Login Failed. I thought I forgot my password but i didn't Then...This screen came up saying "Update server connection failed." I tried multiple times logging in but It keeps saying that. What's wrong with the launcher? D: I really wanna fix it and continue racing! Please help.

Sorry I didn't reply sooner. Have you been able to get on? It kind of sounds like the server might have been in the middle of an update but I'm not sure.

What should you do if those two bars fill up and the game launch window appears, but then it disappears and nothing happens. And the window with login and password also remains in place and does not disappear anywhere! Do you know what to do in this case? I've tried a lot, but nothing helps😭

I have a slightly different problem.. When I start Alicia up, I put my Username and password in and click launch, it goes into the launch thing with the 2 bars, they dont fill up and after a few seconds it closes the launch thing but the username and password window is still there and the bar on that is saying Startup.... I was playing the game earlier today with no problems?

Heyya, just watched your tutorial and it seems helpful except that my game still wont run, i checked both things that are said in the video but my game still wont open, in task manager alicia isnt running and when i did the first step from your video, the game starts oppening but then something that isnt even an language appears and when i click the button it just closes and the first screen where is the login is frozen in startup step and all i can do is do it over again but it wont open. I played alicia perfectly normal yesterday but i dont know what happened today?

So I've dealt with those bugs before. Not new to me. Recently It bugged out again, just thought oh okay time to go into my files and re-open the setup. When i did that it didn't finish the setup. It's just not completely finishing. I don't know how to fix this, and I can't seem to find anything on it so I'm truly stuck. I've re-downloaded the game uninstalled it. I've restarted my computer. I've done everything. Does anyone know how to fix this bug. MIND: the SETUP not the STARTUP.

Odd, I haven't seen the game not finish setup. Are there any error windows that appear? At what stage is it not finishing? I'm baffled. I hope someone may know what's up.

Guys if your having the problem that after Gametree loads it disappears and happens nothing it might be because of the antiviruses you have on your PC/Computer, u need to make them off or uninstall them and for that u might need a specialist

I tried every soulouton on the Internet and NONE of them worked. I hant been playing in months! I followed ur guide but when the loading screen pops up its just a black screen with "??????" at the top and the only thing i can do is press "confirm" I really love this game and have been an active player since 2015 . I tried to contact the support but they said i should visit their website for issues likle these. WHICH i already did. honestly the people running this shit suck ass.

Hi, Recently been having problems. It would have the same problem where the bars would load, but then not start up with the character gliding on the horse (the small window) where it would do nothing else. I tried this trick but unfortunately, it would not work. It would come up with a small window with a red cross and symbols. Now I am trying to delete all files of the game from my computer then reinstall, but when I try to delete them it says "the files you are trying to delete is already running" when they're not. I'm quite upset and not ready to give up on the game, but the AO team really aren't helpful. Last times I went to them with problems it was either a one-word answer or no answer at all. Hopefully you get back soon, Thanks

Hello and sorry for the delayed response! If it says the files are in use, are you sure these files belong to Alicia Online? Have you checked to see if the game is currently running? Also, have you shut the computer down and restarted before trying to delete them? It shouldn't be too much effort to simply uninstall Alicia Online. The uninstall itself should delete most files I imagine. Also, I apologize for all the questions (just trying to better understand), but have you been running AO fine for a while now without trouble or is this your first experience with it on your computer? I'm sorry to hear that the AO team hasn't been helpful. Perhaps they are swamped with a lot. I'll be happy to try what I can to help you. I'm sorry that I don't know off-hand what's going on.

@@Flawestruck Thankfully it is working now, I shut down my computer first, then when it didn't work I fully rebooted it, which seemed to work. And yes, I have had problems in the past with AO but gladly they all seem solvable. Thank you so much for your help! 😊

Hello, Yesterday I had a problem with my game. I went to a friend's ranch and my game disconnected me once on her ranch. I try to reconnect, but once on my ranch, it says "disconnect" and my horse keeps respawn. My friend kick me, and put her ranch in private. But i'm in the ranch of my friend. Do you have a solution? Your English is good! :) I'm sorry for taking so long to reply. Are you still having this problem? If so, have you tried going to a different ranch and then going back to your own? Or perhaps entering Racing or Training then back to ranch? It sounds like the game got a bit confused.

hi! so i tried the method you did and it worked for a while and even on my old laggy computer, then one day alicia doesnt load and is stuck on startup again, when i went in and did this again, on the second green bar thing a message pops up and gives me 3 options, abort, retry, and ignore. when i press retry the same message pops up again, when i press ignore it works, but then the game is just stuck on startup again. ive tried letting the game just sit and do its thing, but months have gone by and it still wont work. what should i do?

It Does not show that alicia is running and im really scared this happend to me once but i just waited some days untill it started up again but this time i have been waiting a lot... and searching alot...

Did you finally get it to start working? If not, since it isn't running, something else is awry. I assume you've already tried to uninstall and/or reinstall it too? Hello! I have a problem with Ao since an month, at the start i thought its going to be okay by itself in a few days or hours, but it doesnt. i tried to reinstall it like 100times but it never works, at the start it didnt wanted to start, it just installed the launcher again by itself, atleast it wanted to. But always when im trying to install the launcher there comes "Update connection failed, check your internet connection or try again later" :/ Im using Windows 10 and im connected with my internet but it just doesnt work. Please help :/

Some computers don't like running a game like AO since it was made in a Korean environment. From what I've heard, you'll have to set your computer's region to Korea. Here's the instructions I found if you're interested in trying this. Remember, if you do change your region, set it back to the one it was before you use other programs on the computer. I hope this helps: aliciaonheart.weebly.com/startup-issues.html [Edit] I almost forgot. You might be able to try Locale Emulator. I have it installed because I sometimes use it to run a Japanese game engine I create games with. That's if you're okay with installing something. I haven't tried it with AO but I know you can set language to Korean. That way you don't have to change your computer's region.
