I think with Helldivers 2, that some countries cannot make a PSN account online without a console, so this situation comes off a bit more like really SONY. I have to buy your console to play your games on PC now?
Hello, obiwan9000 here. Phil Spencer should 100% go. The Xbox brand has lost its way. It focused on all the wrong things. It gave us xCloud which no one uses. It gave us GamePass which relies on 3rd party games to keep it alive. The XS is now entering its 4th year in market with few 1st games of note. Xbox game studios have been "working" on content for 5 years now with nothing to show. This is beyond ridiculous. If it were not for GamePass, when it comes to software, there is NOTHING going for Xbox. The company is so devoid of homegrown talent, that all they do is buy studios (and now closing them) to make them relevant. Spencer is running this ship straight into an iceberg. All we get from him are meaningless platitudes and disingenuous statements. Some people still like him because he SAYS all the right things, but his ACTIONS spell the exact opposite of competence and a strategy. I thought Don Mattrick was bad, Spencer had both time, resources and encouragement to course correct the Xbox brand. Instead he has crashed the Xbox brand to the point of sheer meaningless.
