You can't destroy them but you can block them for a while, use duct tape

as soon as it is destroy I get caught I have no change to put it

you have to watch the % - when its about 20% it will break' have another one ready to quickly put it in' do it st night as well

tried that doest give me a chance to put it down

That Assassin try putting duct over the camera first and only go up in the vent at night, also make sure the bed dummy is down, put a blanket over your cell bars, just be quick to swap to the new vent cover, if you are still getting caught with no guards there, I can only assume its a glitch and you will need to restart the prison again

It's tough, but if you follow my tips you will be fine
