_Noelle rocketed down the network of railways as the world around her glitched. The black tar was clinging to her hooves, and it felt so cold, colder then even the mightiest blizzards she had faced back at home. She didn't care where she was going, only hoping to go somewhere away from here._ _Noelle barely escaped decapitation as a burst of red sliced through the air, rocketing into a building just behind her. An explosion roared through the air as the attack tore through the structure. Noelle ducked under the shrapnel as it whistled through the air around her, only daring to peek her head up when she was sure it was safe._ "NOELLE! REVERSE IT! GO BACKWARDS!" _She turned as a shrill voice chirped behind her, seeing a feathery blue blur on a cart similar to hers race past her. The same black gunk which was soaking into her hooves coated their classmate like a slime, with purple pus dribbling down their face. They held their sword in their clawed hands, a dented shield strapped to their side. They rose their blade again, ready to strike once more, before..._ *_THUNK_* _A gust of wind struck the cart hard, completely stunting its momentum.
