Depends on your tastes and needs. An original woody looks nice and screams Atari. The Vader model is cool if you're a Star Wars fan. Tele-Games is cool if you're in to the obscure. The Jr is nice because of its compact size. I connect them to that smaller TV you saw because it works. My primary TV refuses to work with RF.

Docs made some, they're horrible. The Dreamcast launched in 1998 in Japan, 1999 in the US. It was discontinued in 2002. Wireless controllers weren't even remotely standard until 2004/2005. It makes perfect sense why they wouldn't have made them.

I really doubt I could do anything. If it's not getting power there is a good chance it's just the PSU. Plus, PAL RF and NTSC RF are completely different, I'd have no way of hooking it up.

Nothing, RF is a pain in the ass. The small TV in the video is able to display it, while the other isn't. But...I probably should figure something out there.

I'd have to have a friend mod it. Just haven't seen enough of the point...yet... Might get the Atari 2600 Flashback 2 and get a cart slot put in that.

Well, Pong came before the 2600. And while the 7800 and 5200 might be cool, they were commercial failures.

Very common issue with that model. The PS2 uses two lasers. The DVD laser in yours is dead.

If you have a second Colecovision, or have access to one, you could test the PSU on that.

Me personally? I'm not looking to buy one so I wouldn't pay more than a couple dollars.

If your TV will take RF, then no. If it won't or you want to record the footage, yes.

Just because it looks good on the outside doesn't mean it isn't toasted on the inside.

Can't you just pull the TV cable off of the board? I remember doing that with my 2600. Didn't need to pull the whole cable through the slot. That might be different for the Sears system, though, but it looks like it's connected the same way.

You should not use windex for cleaning the copper pins that read games, dude. That leaves a coating on the pins which reduces the chance of reading the games for the system properly.

A lot of older systems had infared wireless controllers. But that's VASTLY different technology than what say the PS3 and 360 use. It's like comparing a modern day military jet engine plane to the Wright Brothers plane and saying "they're both planes, they're exactly the same."

I grew up at a bowling alley from the 70s to the 80s they had a bad ass arcade got to play every game that came out. The owner spared no expense. At the time I in 1981 I held the record for playing mousetrap on one quarter for 7 hours 20 minutes. Highlight of my gaming.
