I can't, this is exactly me and my father's situation, I'm a huge swiftie, and he is a huge NFL fan, and I can't even explain how much we bonded over those games, we celebrate together the touch-downs and he loves finally having company to watch the games ❤

I'm 20 and my dad and I have bonded over football and Taylor Swift my whole life. We'll butt heads over our rivalries and cheer for our shared favorite teams in times of truce. And when I sang a Taylor Swift song at my third grade talent show he cheered the loudest for me. He helped pay for a crap ton of embroidery floss so that I could make a bunch of friendship bracelets when I went to the Eras tour movie. I made so many bracelets and traded all but one. I made sure to save one to give to him to thank him for helping out and being supportive and just for being an amazing dad and now he keeps it on him at all times. He says it's a good luck charm for his work.

Just because someone filmed a particular activity doesn't mean they can claim to "own" it, and demand credit and money and whatever because someone later said "what a sweet idea" and then did something similar. It's not a product or something that can be bought.
Awful commercial. Not just because it was (allegedly) stolen from an African American content creator, but that it has to be the daughter who acquiesces to her father's interest. TS provided a way in, but why wasn't he curious enough to ask her about her interests prior to that?
